Just finally bought my first Harley. I looked on your website and sadly nothing I liked was close to my price range. Alot of shops only sell baggers and the cooler looking cruisers for $8500 or higher. I know you don't need my advice but you should try hitting that market. I'm sure you'll make a little less profit but you'd move more in my opinion. Alot of guys like myself with a family and a decent job prefer to pay cash if its less than 6000. With a wife 6000 is hard but its just a thought. I love the video as usual, keep up the good work.
sidecars are awesome, i have one on a 98 RK day 1 factory. people who never owned or cared for a motorcycle come over to look when i am out and about. groceries or 2 riders and beer no sweat and fun to cruise with the cart. plus i didn't ugly mine up like trade in guy box luggage, drill holes etc.
I've seen several of your vids so far. One thing in common is bike won't run because of sitting to long. Changing the gas helps but then ya got that gummed up thing happening with carbs and injectors. Fuel stabilizer? Like your show. ex multiple Harley/Dirt bikes owner. Thinkin I'm liking the Bonneville Speedmaster these days. Have to try one. Hmmm

hey with the old red gsx katana u had if u didnt get the compression checked with a good tester it may be wrong, but if u do have low compression really id say check ur valve clearance, i have a 82 gs650 and adjusting the valves is a big part of maintenance because they have a minuscule amount they can move out of place, like super tiny. if that doesnt fix ur problem u may need a need head gasket, if it ends up being the valves ur gonna have to order new shims possibly and definently a new valve and breather gasket. i wanna see that gsx run. and ur bike may have shut off because the carbs needed a clean and sync, but yeah should get it to run and hold it u could flip it for a good profit later on theyre gonna pick up value being old and all
The best thing about the bearded one he respects all bikes. . My favs. Old. School. KZ1000. Had 3 - Honda night hawk 650. And 78 Honda 750 4. Super sport. Smooth Tge night hawk had 6 gears and a oil cooler. Was a great buy for a great price. Back then.

Did you guys figure out the issue with the triumph scrambler? If it is having a issue of running smooth from around 3,500 - 4,000 rpm & a little bit above you will need to reset the adaption status of the ECU. You will need the factory triumph software & cable are the equivalent of. Triumph has a specific way of adapting the motorcycles & aslo there maybe a new firmware update for the ECU also. That can only be done with the factory triumph software. You may need to hit up your local triumph dealer to help you with that. I was one of the lead tech for the Triumph national service center of North America before I moved. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions about Triumphs.
don't knock the TC88, by 2006 it had 6 speeds.. by then its evolution had been defined by being refined through out its cubic inlargements.. it pushed the envelope toward where we are today..
You think you know your bike or bikes in general pretty well but doing random shit like hopping a curb or using a ramp can be hard the first few times. I hopped a curb on my Road Glide Last night. Killed the bike like 4 times before figuring out how to do it, and I ride it consistently.
My first day on my first bike (Honda 550four ), a very old lady took my lane! I even slapped her window a couple times, she never looked over! Well I hoped the curb, that whole bike was off the ground clears the sidewalk and landed it! I was shook but they bike and I were ok.
@@cartzar So I can work on it without a bank of computers and I saw what those chain tensioners do to twin cam motor if they fail. Evo is a better simpler design. The deal I had didn't happen the guy sold his Evo before I had a chance to go see it.

Motors with Carburetors need to be warmed up a little bit. Fuel Injected bikes should be warmed up a little down run them hard with cold oil in them
