Hi Rito! Do you think this business model of catering to US while being in India can somehow be disrupted due to any kind of policy change by the US government in the near future?
Would only suggest going for a US company as an optimization step for your business once you're doing decent numbers everyday to reduce transaction/currency conversion fees. LLC is easier to manage compared to C-corp. Don't have to file minutes of the meetings,etc and also is tax free for non residents. Contact a good CPA on how that can be done. But, C-corp is much better in terms of getting approved for bank accounts/payment gateways and also can be structured in a way so you pay negligible taxes in the US!
Two Questions pls 1. How much you pay to your CPA to files taxes in USA? 2. Is is necessary to form an Indian company to pull money from US company. Can we pull money directly into our Indian personal bank account as salary?

Great video. However, Shopify payments require SSN in addition to the EIN. Opening a US company will get you EIN but how do you get an SSN? Also, Stripe payment gateway is no longer available in the 'Alternate payment methods / third-party payment providers' section in Shopify settings. Please advice. Thanks.

i did not have good experience with stripe , no customer support once they band you and freeze your all payments.
I have one doubt that there are some states in US where sales tax is 0 then We need to pay state tax too?
