Traditionally in Taiwan, most people eat congee, rice or braised rice with side dishes as their breakfast at home. The side dishes are mainly ready-made foods, marinaded vegetables or somethings that are easy to prepare like eggs, peanut or Jerky. When the society is getting urbanized and modernized, most of men, women, boys and girls have to go to works or schools and no one have the time to prepare the breakfast at home. Instead, they prefer to go to food stalls or eateries for breakfast. The foods there diversified to meet the customers tastes and demand.

台灣的早餐外食習慣是因為社會進步，沒時間自己煮（以前都是在家吃早餐後去上班）出門在半路上選不同口味早餐吃，因此有更多的人開店賣早餐，。
豆漿店是外省人開店，才成為現在台灣人普遍習慣的飲食，台灣人最傳統的早餐是稀飯（清粥）配小菜，醬瓜，醬菜，菜脯蛋，鹹蛋，肉鬆，魚鬆，都是簡易小菜。
現在各種各式早餐點心，只要有人吃就有人賣。

那個湯看起來像黑輪，南部人叫黑輪，北部人叫天婦羅或甜不辣
粥看起來像皮蛋瘦肉粥
台灣有很多攤車(貨車改裝)，有賣各式各樣的早餐到宵夜餐點都有，從pizza(西式),便當，早餐，到臭豆腐,豆花，豬血糕，烤鴨，麵線的都有😄
新竹城隍廟的廟口美食也可以吃看看
傳統早餐蛋餅，燒餅夾蛋，豆漿，鹹豆漿，飯糰必吃
住家跟附近建議避免入鏡會比較好唷
太晚看到…竹北的話可以去吃看看三民路上的豆漿大王，蛋餅非常有名
這家早餐店應該是竹北喜來登附近的吧!!她旁邊有一家小早餐店賣的蛋餅和鹹粥還不錯!!然後過大馬路往前走一小段路，有一間早上賣魯肉飯的也好吃。
오리알을 먹어본적이 없어서 ㅋㅋ 잠시 당황했어요

一般早餐店的小籠包都比較便宜也好吃，不用特地去鼎泰豐吃也比較貴

新竹印象中，只有城隍廟附近比較多好吃的店，竹科附近也有，但要看運氣，。
有很多早餐店，東西都做好放桌上，看什麼想吃就拿什麼，比較簡單方便.
如果有時間，先做的比較好

皮蛋不敢吃,對外國人而言是正常。利用與老闆對話溝通,會增強會話的語文能力。課本學的與實際對話溝通是差很多的。
