US ELECTION CAMPAIGN: Donald Trump in New York! “The big show!” Attacks, angry speeches and Musk!
Former US President Donald Trump held a campaign rally at the famous Madison Square Garden in New York. The insults that followed one another at the rally caused outrage. For example, Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris was referred to as a “devil” and indirectly as a prostitute by speakers. Trump's childhood friend David Rem called Harris an “Antichrist”. Businessman Grant Cardone told the crowd that Harris “and her pimps will destroy our country”.
Not only the presidential candidate was once again the target of insults, but the Free State of Puerto Rico, associated with the USA, was also ridiculed: “There is a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it's called Puerto Rico,” said Tony Hinchcliffe, a comedian who also made offensive and racist comments about Latinos, Jews and blacks in his program, all of whom are important voter groups in the elections taking place in nine days.
