    Today, I'll be showing you how to make soft and juicy Dahi Bhalla / Dahi vada , a delightful Indian dish that's perfect for any occasion.
    Many people struggle to achieve the perfect texture and flavor in their Dahi Bhalla /dahi vada ; there are a few common mistakes that can lead to a dense or hard Bhalla.
    Over-frying is also a common mistake that can make the Bhallas / vadas dry and crispy. Finally, not soaking the Bhallas long enough can prevent them from absorbing the yogurt and chutneys properly, which is a crucial step in making a great Dahi Bhalla / dahi vada .
    When you take your first bite, the Bhalla /vada should be soft and juicy, and it should absorb the flavors of the yogurt and chutneys perfectly.
    To add some extra flavor, we can garnish the dish with some chopped salt, red chilli powder and a sprinkle of cumin powder , along with dhaniya and nylon sev 😋😋
