…the movie takes place doesn’t take place after the endeavour nomu fight, it takes place after Izuku gets black whip. Reminder, he decides to mentally lock it off until he can properly use it later which is why he doesn’t use it in the movie. Tokoyami can also be seen flying in the movie.

That reveal was amazing for me, never saw it coming and it was spectacularly done. This is the weird thing with this series, it can have moments like this that are just WOW! moments and then have the "oh yeah there's this undercurrent of racism in all of society, what you didn't notice it? oh well..."

@@chesedp2o23 it's not in the manga and the number 3 hero of Japan is Heteromorph.
It was a late addition to the story that made no sense, stop trying to defend it.
@@UncensoredScionhawks is not a heteromorph (appearance-wise) and regardless, its supposed to be something more prevalent in the countryside. And it was supposed to be mid s5 that it was expressly confirmed with multiple hints in earlier szns like shojis mask.
