Thanks for your question. I am not aware of ways to merge H5P files together. Course presentations do allow you to include other forms of h5p content but not image hotspots. If you want to include image hotspots in your content you can use the interactive book or branching scenario content types. Both of these allow you to include most other types of h5p content.
