i went guardian only for about a month to improve my aim(it helped), but when I went back to vandal/phantom, I couldn't hit a single shot. This is mostly due to the guardians first shot accuracy being so high that regressing to a vandal or phantom was difficult. Double props to fishy for being able to do this so easily.

I use phantom when not using a guardian, and spectre when low on money

All i can think is he actually use the guardian to train his aim, crosshair placement, and trigger discipline, so when he switch to another gun he got everything prepared
