There is physically no cheat that gives you crosshair placement, and fishys playstyle is like only crosshair placement. btw loved the outlast stream would love to see more horror games :)

if you've been a long time watcher of his videos you know generally he's not that amazing of a player and he's mentioned it himself. He makes up for the lack of raw mechanical skill with good crosshair placement, micro adjustments and reaction time.

I've been watching your videos for a while and you obviously have insane aim with the guardian.
