Ingredients:
650 grams of flour
1 cup of warm milk ( 200 ml )
1 cup of warm water ( 200 ml )
1 egg
10 grams of instant yeast
1 tsp of salt ( 8 g )
3 tablespoons of sugar
70 grams of butter
1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes
* Because the flours are different from each other, if the mixture is a little hard, add 2 to 3 spoons of water or milk
* If the mixture is loose, add about a tablespoon or two of flour
2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
3. After 1 hour, knead the dough a little and divide the dough into 3 parts ( large, medium, small )
4. Shape the dough like I did
5. cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes
6. Cover the dough with a mixture of beaten eggs and a little milk
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes at 180 degrees
