    The trick to sliding the tray is go in on a short 20d angle then straighten out as you going in… 👌

    Well I made my first potato wedges watching your video in my new Emeril Lagasse's 360 XL I really like your straightforward no-nonsense get to the cooking approach. You can cook and talk at the same time which is important to me. I really get a little impatient with the nice but yappi women (Lol) where half the video is about their kids, their house, and the dog. Anyway enough joking I just like your style where you get down to cooking and explaining what to do. Maybe one day I'll get good with this oven, thanks so much. Jody. Oh yeah mine turned out pretty darn good I did take them out and brushed on a little margarine with some seasoning because they were a little dry at first.

    Darnell I lived in Balto back in 2007-2010 and I found a love of Old Bay seasoning. I make sure to have it in my cabinet. I am going to try the old bay potato wedges and a recipe I saw for old bay chicken wings!

    Darnell, just found your website here, really liked how you are straight up and straight forward on everything you review. The EL XL a bit too much for my situational everyday use. I came real close to getting the Cuisinart Digital Convection for all the reasons you stated but the deal breaker was the same as yours, small for pizzas and other items. Don't care for doing large roasts, turkeys, whole chickens, etc. Turkey breasts, small roasts, etc. are fine and no need for a rotisserie feature. Cuisinart was hot, fast, but too small. I checked out the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry, Convection Oven and it looks like it be a "XL Cuisinart" that will cook hot and fast. I hope to see a review on your channel for the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry, Convection Oven to get the straight word. To paraphrase an old carpenter saying, "examine twice, buy once."

    Ooh. Home made potatoes wedges..Nice. Love your channel and your Patreon. And I was raised in Prince George's County Maryland. And my favorite chips have always been UTZ Chesapeake Bay Crab Potato Chips and that Old Bay Seasoning flavor has to what they use on them...at least the taste is similar.

    why do you need to spin at 9 minutes if its an air fryer? Doesn't it cook even?
