    Rates will further increase with momentum.
    As soon as the Repo Rates comes down even 0.5%. The Market rates will further shoot up.

    भारत में यह महसूस किया जाता है कि मुम्बई मै दाम बाकी दुसरै शहरो कि तुलना में ज्यादा हे। यहां दाम ज्यादा होने के कारण फिल्म उद्योग कि अनाप शनाप काली कमाई। इसका भुगतान मिडिल क्लास जनता को उठाना पङ् रहा है। फिलमो कि कमाई मिडिल क्लास कि गाङी कमाई से ही हो रही है। फिल्म उद्योग को दुसरे शहरों में बदलते रहे तो मुम्बई मै रहना सस्ता हो सकता है।

    I am expecting the same. Rates in Mumbai have reached the top. No further builders business if they remain the same while looking at the business/ job developments. As per the prsent scenerio, the businesses are expected to run out of Mumbai and hence further future developments will be out.

    Property ka value kabhi itni badhti nahi agar isme black money aur NRI ka investment nai hota. India me jaha 90% log gareeb aur lower middle class hai to karoro ka ghar kaise bik sakta hai. Dusra agar top ke 4-5 cities chod de to other areas me real estate phir bhi budget me hai, decentralization honi chahyiye in cities ki.

      Aapne sahi kaha. Aane wale dino mai builders/colonizers diwalia ho ne wale hain. Jin builders /colonizers ka koi back support nahi hai,woh sucide bhi karenge.

    सभी बिल्डरोंने हर जगह अंदाधुंद कन्स्ट्रक्शन कर लाखो फ्लॅट बनाये है. लेकीन फ्लॅट के भाव सर्कल रेटसे दुगने से ज्यादा लेते है.

    ज़मीनों के बढ़े हुए भाव- कभी कम नहीं हुए हैं - अब जब महंगाई चरम पर है , सोना ७४०००/- रुपए प्रति दस ग्राम हो चुका है - ज़मीन की क़ीमत कम होने का क्या आधार है ! ये ग़लत बयानी है !

    Sir ,this is india, courts take 10 to 20 years to pass judgement, for any dispure arises in this concept of conownership or fractional investment, will lead to disaster ... I don't believe think and suggest this as a concept even in real estate... It's dangerously... seriously

      I dont know why Faridabad is not discussed in NCR ..Nehar Par Area is descent ..Noida, GGN Delhi all are 25 Km so kahi b job karo 45 min travel he rahega .. Faridabad is in Fact very well connected .. GGN k 1/3 rates me acha flat aa jayega
