This house has so much personality, I love it! The multicolored bricks on the exterior are beautiful and gives the impression the house is going to be country, but the inside in city chic. The kitchen is gorgeous, with the arch and the great colors, and that breakfast bar stands out as the star! All the extras are great; the walk in pantry, the bar stand in the living room, and that huge huge wardrobe is every woman's dream! Great layout, nice style, well done!
The exterior isn't my taste, but that's why they make more than one flavor of ice cream. The entry is great, and the access to the study makes it perfect for a home occupation, a playroom or a teen hangout. The kitchen is separate but still open, and it has ample counter space. The utility room provides a lot more storage. The master suite has a ton of closet space. The laundry room has outdoor access. The tile in both bathrooms wouldn't be my choice, and I'd have a higher window in the family bathroom, but that's an easy fix. Overall, this house offers lots of space and storage, and there are options. Cosmetics aside, I'd find this place very livable!

I like so many of the designs I see on youtube. But what I don't understand is the lack of development of the back of the house. There seems no connection to the outdoors from the back of the house. That's my only concern, the rest is pretty great.
