just wanted to thank you for the detailed guide. i was worried about installing my Downgrade valve (also from lee) due to horror stories ive read about its disassembly. with your guide it was quite easy, but the small nozzle return springs definetly got me sweating a bit :D now mine shoots at around 1.05J with 0.28g BBs.
The nozzle return springs are a pain to get to and replace if need be. Another video I saw about the nozzle return springs suggested a drop of glue to ensure they don’t ever come undone. So far that advice has kept my bolt in functioning order.
I had one of these MP9's on the wayback machine at this point. Never really did give it a good kick at the cat, ran into an issue with the hop up unit and decided to get rid of it. I've been thinking about getting back into it as it's an awesome little blaster in CQB for sure.
Glad you kept in the mistake on the roll pin mate, need more folk to show that yes, people do in fact make mistakes and don't get it right 100% of the time!

Way back when, I got the CQB bolt for my MP9 rather than disassemble everything. Given it's age this will be useful when something finally breaks. :D
