    Could you put some magnets on it and with some induction you could trick it, from 0.19hz to 0.25hz the horizontal rotation and absorb the energy of the exponential acceleration of the precession frequency on the vertical movement and see if there is energy gain there

      mass = 730g, diameter = 7.4 cm, thickness = 1.2 cm
