    If the amount deducted from your employee does not reach your maximum family HSA contribution, can you make additional contributions from your checking account to meet the maximum?

    As far as the VA care goes for non-service connected care the IRS considers all care service connected if you have any service connected disability.

    What are your thoughts on having all REITs in an HSA while being diversified with your IRA and 401K since an HSA is the only "retirement" account that is triple tax advantaged.

    Great video. I thought that when you withdraw from the funds in order to get them tax free you must provide medical receipts. When your fund hits 1,000,000 plus, will you have enough receipts? I am starting an HSA and have a LARGE envelope of all my medical expenses.

      Correct i will have my medical receipts. I scanned every receipt to keep them safe. After age 65 it’ll just be extra cash flow to our retirement. I doubt I’ll have enough receipts to cover the entire portfolio but that’s alright

    Orher good options are SCHD and DIA. Both are dividend focused. The former has VOO like growth and the latter pays dividends monthly.

    Hello my name is Rey Salazar and I'm wanting to invest in my company Bank of America HSA, so my question is my company is moving towards a PPO plan and I will not be able to contribute $ after the end of the year. Can I still have the HSA account open? Can I still invest after next year? I sure could use some your expertise on this issue, Please help and thank you.

    You can get a Self-Directed HSA and invest alternative assets. While you can still invest in the market, you open yourself up to being able to invest in real estate. I just started my HSA at age 60, but you could build a larger HSA account, if you loan money on real estate or buy real estate with your HSA.

    hello. in super noob to all of this. basically: can you owe/lose more than what you put into your invest HSA amount, or you at worst just lose what u put in and not any more?

    • @jinsooked
      @jinsooked 9 месяцев назад

      You probably found the answer to it. Yes, probability may be very low but you can technically lose what you put in. Nothing more.
