Fabulous fabric and button clusters and stop. My heart skipped a beat at the concept of Christmas Scrapmas. I L❤VE the principal and the joy of looking forward to more Julie ideas around using up scraps. Just a thought... I've had folks ask me to make a Christmas themed piece that they can purchase and include in their own Christmas journals/DD books. Your darling clusters would be perfect for that! You've got lots of bits. Make up some (just as many as you like. While the making stays fun) and load them in your shop. I'd adore having a bity of Julie in my own December Daily, and I'm sure others would love that as well. Thank you for the great video and the lovely idea.
Thanks Cori☺️ You know if I'd thought of getting them in the shop earlier I would have. But I'm closing it at the end of November for Christmas. Our postal service has 10 strike days planned for December☹️ which has led to me closing early this year. I'll have to spend my time making and watching more videos😁🤗💜
Hello Julie, what a delightful time I had watching and listening to you make all the pretty Christmas clusters. I have a furboy Cheddar, who likes to trick you into rubbing his belly by laying on his back and looking cute, then wham 4 paws of claws wrap around your wrist LOL, he doesn't sink them in just lets you know he has claws. My other furboy Charlie, loves to be petted then just leaves the room when he has had enough leaving you with your hand hanging in the air. TFS
Angry baboons couldn't get those clusters apart 🤭 But seriously, I'm glad to see there's still people out there who care their products don't fall apart immediately upon receipt. Good job, woman!! For your jokes: you should start a "Julie who Loves Junk Journals: Late Night Jokes" edition 😜 I would watch!
😅 see I didn't even think of the baboons🤭 If I wouldn't be happy with something I make, I wouldn't inflict it on anyone else🤗 The only problem with my jokes is that sometimes I struggle to keep them family friendly 😘💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I love this. I'd watch Julie Unplugged. I watch Emily D Baker, coffee and cursey words. You could have tea time with Julie Unplugged. 🤣
These clusters are just exactly what I needed for a great idea for my Christmas journal. I can see using this idea for any journal cluster. Thank you for your great ideas and sharing your time with us. You are amazing. I feel right at home with your crafting as I am an unorganized organized person also. 😊❤
I have been watching and learning from you for a little while now. Sometimes I just sit and listen. I had to stop working for health reasons which was very difficult to accept. So.......I have always liked to create anything.....I discovered scrapbooking and lets just say when I start something I tend to go overboard. I would like to convey my appreciation for you and thank you for lifting me up. Scrapbooking is my therapy. Thank you.
I found another Christmas video I’m so excited by what your doing. So simply and when I have time I’ll be sitting down and watching all the Christmas videos together and doing it with you. Thanks 😀🇦🇺🍀🎄
Thanks love, ☺️ I have great scraps because I flit from one project to another, but I'm learning I can do that with junk journaling without constantly buying new stuff 😁🤗💜
These are so cute and you never fail to amuse me in some way when watching your videos. Love the clusters and that you showed a few different ways to get them done!
Good Morning, love the little clusters 😊 and they came together so easily. I’ve added them to my Must Try List. Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day. HUGS
I just noticed at about 4:45 minutes, that the little crochet circle that looks like it has swirls in the middle, is a lesser known type of crochet called “monkey lace.” Sometimes the medallions are made separately and then joined, and sometimes they are made and joined consecutively on a length of lace, or on a doily. I have made several versions of monkey lace and have found quite a few very old patterns and illustrations. Now that I have seen your small monkey lace medallion, it occurs to me that I have enough materials (many of which 8 have made) ro make a little journal with the theme of monkey lace. I never know what surprises I am going to find on videos, and I certainly enjoy yours very much! Waving hello from Oregon, USA 👋
Hi Patricia, that is so interesting. That piece came from an antimacassar that I picked up in a charity shop. The rest has now been used on my neutral clusters. You learn something new every day☺️🤗💜
Thanks for watching Marcella, glad you picked up a tip. I used think that if I think of something every one else already knows it. Glad to help love ☺️🤗💜
Hi Julie! These are fabulous little clusters! Thanks for showing 4 different ways to make them! I ordered the little needle threader you use, it will be here in a few days, so I might be able to thread a needle!😂 I love the variety of yours! Erica❤
