I did a hitch out of Palmarola Air Station late 1983 to about Aug 1984. I have been to all of the towns you have mentioned. Then to Panama for drug interdiction missions. I had a good time. I would not want to be there alone.

I mean I guess it was supposed to be top-secret back then but I’m sure you had heard of it, it’s abandoned pretty much
@BoneTactical ya Trujilio was a Special Forces fob when I was there. We had equipment there but I didn't have any time there.. I spent most of my time at Cuciagua (sp) kinda where Guatemala and El Salvador come together and going between other fobs and the milgroup. We had one on the Nicaraguan boarder as well.

Many years ago when i was married into this stuff my brother in laws were into this gang stuff, but the whole family was always trying to get something for nothing i beleive in what you are saying i saw it with my own eyes, i got out of that situation before they came to bad ends which they did

I'm in Galveston. I lived in Acuña Mexico and Del Rio. Like you I'm fluent in Spanish and I'm white. People would be surprised how much respect you get for that alone and get more cultural access. My time in the Army helped me for situational awareness only. I got sector checked by the main players and lived. I was VERY honest with them and told them I just needed a place away from our uncle s. to work and relax. I insisted they search my ruck etc. I lived. Not only did I live but it kept me safe. Closest thing I've ever come to anything that you do. Love ya man.

@@505fastlife6your semi right . They started out as as rocker stoner group in the pico union / rampart area in the 70s. Primarily from El Salvador. Local gangs such as Clanton 14st , 18 and Harpy’s would look down on them for being Central American . It all started in Los Angeles. Spread out to Central America due to the mass deportation in the late 90s.
Funny how 18st started the same way when they tried to start as Clanton 18 , but got kicked out for having Central American members.

Say you are paying protection money to the gangs...If someone is giving you trouble like a group of drunks/druggies trashes your shop can you call them up to "Take care of the problem" or is that not a thing?. Would love to hear your input in your next video.
It depends on the individual situation
If you are paying “protection” money to a gang, your shop is already being robbed in a way. And if you stop paying it they will be the ones trashing your shop. There is a cool episode of Burn Notice where a shop keeper hires him to get a gang out of his business.

Me and and a trainer coworker was just talking about MS13. He's from El Salvador. So yeah he did said it has gotten a little better🤷🏾 since their government got tighter on crime. He told me its so bad theyll rob you for your clothes and shoes.
Well, of course! I give my apprentices a good set of work boots, at least once a year and most of them don’t even know their shoe size because they’ve never been able to go buy a pair of shoes in their entire lives. If they have shoes, they just get lucky enough to have been given a Hand Me Down pair.

He’s 100% add dictator obviously if you know anything about the country, he changed the laws to allow himself to get reelected when it’s illegal for president to serve so many terms. if you know anything about Central America, you would know that whoever has power controls the voting machines and the software the only way you can get a dictator out of Office is the same way that they don’t allow multiple term presidencies of course he’s going to be the dictator for the rest of his life, unless somebody kills him. if you’d like to know more information, I can share it with you but it’s probably not in your best interest to just be spewing information that you have no idea what it is you’re talking about, I very much appreciate the feedback and support my friend

MS13 rolled up to the bay island I operate on. It took 3 days of them asking for business owners names and payrolls for the real jefes to “escort” them off the island. All is “normal” again. I’d like to drink some Salva Vidas and trade stories with you
The islands are too small, and nothing is as it seems.

What about...paying the extortion, but making a counter offer, such as offer them a cut of innovative products and services if they can help you bring your merch to market. But not bad stuff, positive stuff that can help people improve their quality of living, like show them an alternative path they can take to make more money than over before by providing things of real value to the community?
