I needed this vid, i got a short cut and the hairdresser said I must relax my hair to fingerewave so I will be attempting myself as that’s something I don’t want to do

The hairdresser is just trying to make it easier on herself and get more money that’s all.
U don't have to relax ur hair.i remember awhile back someone said u must relax ur in order to wrap and guess what thats a lie too.i remember wrapping without a relaxer they just want us to spend money or come in and spend money

💛Thank you Queen. I'm cutting off my dreads and this is what I would like, yet everyone is saying I need a relaxer and I'm not doing that! 7 years with locs, but 14 years natural I'm not trying to play myself and add any chemicals.

Sadly many hair dresses don’t know shit about hair… Trichologists are trustworthy… hair dressers are just stylists who know only what hey have been taught… I’ve only seen two hairdressers on my entire life and they both completely ruined my hair.

I'm ibetween toying with going back to Locs OR the short cut life... and I'm sold on it just looking at this video. I DO NOT want a perm. and I see your texture is like mine.. Q. How long did this look last?
