Thank you for posting this. Just starting and this is already helping. Question: on the last exercise, are you making a Y-shaped motion when moving forward? Or is the arm parallele to your body?
Hey dude. Great stuff. I have some nagging internal impingement. How many sets would you reccomend to do for each excersize? And how many times per week?
You mentioned at the start of the video too much external rotation, would it also help to add an internal rotation exercise for internal impingement or would it make it worse
Thank you for the videos Love your content I had subscapularis fixation and biceps tenodesis surgery and I fear I get anterior translation due to weakness in the subscap any proprioception exercises that specifically prevent anterior translation of the humoral head?
How long does a posterior impingement take to heal? Mine has been hanging around for 3 months now no improvement. Course I’ve been lifting weights working around it so that’s prob not good. I’m seeing a PT this week see what they find out.
Quite possible. Often the anterior shoulder hurts with various forms of impingement because the anterior shoulder is getting over stretched or sheared.
You're a fantastic rehabilitator. Thank you
Thank you!

Start with one and see how you tolerate it and then move to 2 and 3

Can be a great idea as long as you avoid going out too far into ER
Thank you for the videos

Good luck! Usually the idea is 20% improvement per 2 weeks
My pain is in the front of the shoulder…any reason for that? Was diagnosed with internal impingement
