@@vickydittfield9822 There isn't one - it was a suggestion, you could place one against the back wall in the bedroom area so that it could serve as a Den during the day and a bedroom at night

4/24/2024 You might consider installing a 'shower dome' on the ceiling. Ask (see videos for proof) people who have had one if they think it was worth installing.

These homes are very durable. They are not flimsy like trailers. They are regular homes made tiny

There’s no bedroom. You sleep on the pullout couch. Great for one person.

@@billyjohnson9166 totally agree! I still think this should have been designed with a loft to make it more realistic for someone to live there...
The "decorator" chose to put a futon in the back room instead of a daybed or regular bed. Personally, I think most people would rather have a regular bed.
@@billyjohnson9166 the bedroom was originally the back room. The decorator decided to put a futon back there. But Randy talked about a queen size bed there. The front part in the kitchen area has plenty enough room for a loveseat and comfy chair. Yes the kitchen is there but it’s no different than a studio apartment where everything is basically together. I personally think they should decorate it in 3-4 different ways to give ideas as to what people could do with it.

If you mean the dream of a safe comfortable home that you can afford long-term on your income, without having to have roommates, then yes this is the American Dream.
@tennesseeterri What I mean is. If this is the american dream. Than there's something wrong with america. In nineteen seventy six. I built a home three bedroom, two bath carport thirty seven thousand dollars. You can't do that today. But don't you believe every american deserves a home. Because I do. And I think they deserve better than this. And I love this company. Because of them. What's left of the american dream. There trying to provide.
@@johnriesinger I agree with everything you just said. We used to be a country where if you worked hard you could make a decent life for yourself and have something to show for it. Now we are lucky if we can even exist, especially as senior citizens.
@@johnriesinger back in those days bigger was considered better. Now people are beginning to realize bigger means more heating, more cooling, more dusting and cleaning, lots of rooms unused but still cooled and heated. Personally, that is why I went tiny and I chose what I really use daily and built my home to suit me. I have never looked back at my 2000 sf unused monster of a home. I'm much happier. Tiny is not for everyone.
@IncredibleTinyHomes But a tiny home is sold for many different reasons. Sometimes, it's financial. Sometimes, it's wanting to down size. Sometimes, it's because people want a second vacation home. Whatever the reason. A tiny home is for everyone. And that's exactly what I would want.. My Sells team out there doing every day. Convincing people that a tiny home is actually a great idea.. My Point was about the diminishing of our country.. Not a slight against your company...
If you would put a bay window in like that, I think you should be able to lift up the seat part so you could store things in them. I'm sorry. I wish I could invest in your business, I would if I had any money, but all I got are ideas and suggestions.
If you lift that piece of wood you would see the ground. The bay window sticks out into the air with no box under that wood seat
Next the best places for this small home 2 be placed on, 1st look 4 land or small lots, not to pricey, where they allow tiny homes, in desireable warm areas, like Florida etc
Looks great but not one is really honest. This would be great for one small person. Way too small for two. You need space to move around trust me. Small isn’t necessarily great, it can be claustrophobic. Trust me.
Well then living in a tiny home most likely wouldn’t be for you!

I think the cottage is really cute. Randy, I love you guys, but I think this would be a little too small for me but for $25,000 compared to being homeless I would make do. I love about the cottage is all a little cute windows. It’s just quaint.
I wish I could afford this. Oh well.
