While it may seem basic to hear at first, the case that is going on with Amber Heard and Johnny Depp (in this particular instance the Defamation case that has been going on for over two weeks now) is very much one of truth and lies. To be more specific, Johnny Depp is trying to prove once and for all that Amber Heard has lied to the world at large about the accusations of abuse that she's had tied to him. As of right now, there is no verdict that can be rendered for various reasons. That being said, what has been said both during this trial AND previous ones (the UK Libel case) proves she has lied to lawyers and others. Meanwhile, her assured "mountain of evidence" consisted of her making outlandish claims *under oath* and having only two people (her sister whom we also have cause to believe she abused and continues to abuse) and one of her friends who said almost verbatim the same accounts like the three of them rehearsed it before the trial. Add on top of that a slew of completely unethical and biased "expert witnesses", and you've got yourself not only a complete lack of credible evidence, you've made yourself look even more guilty. The courts got it right, and people like you need to move the fuck on because it's people like you that prevent people like me from being able to with your bullshit.

I also find it interesting that many people in her life were former friends, so many people around her speak poorly of her, or she drops them, like her PR team, how she treated her former partner (DV), and the police officer that arrested Amber Heard (calling her homophobic, when she was in fact a lesbian).
In contrast, a lot of people testifying for Johnny have been around a long time and speak highly of him. It all speaks a bit about someone doesn’t it.

I bought that compact and on the back it actually tells you what colour does what. The lawyer went on to say that amber would testify how she mixed the colours to hide the marks. Basically reading what is on the pallet instructions

@@PotatoSheepMilk Johnny is suing her for defamation, likely to get a bit of money and to completely clear his name from the mess Amber has caused. She is counter suing, which means that its a lot longer than a normal defamation trial. Its certain johnny isn't going to lose, but I'm not so sure he's going to 'win' per se. Defamation cases are notoriously hard to win, but he has definitely cleared his name.

I had a hard time believing Amber Heard used a “drugstore” brand color corrector palette to begin with (I love Milani, btw). Her ego seems way to big to enter a drugstore to begin with. I have a feeling her lawyers might have purposely chose a “drugstore” brand color correcting palette to show. Would like to clarify why I'm SO glad that the witness brought up it was Johnny's left side. Amber is right handed which would mean if she swung on him it would land on his left side. Amber's injuries were almost exclusively on her right side. Which would makes sense if Johnny is left handed.. but he isn't. BUT if you hit yourself in the face, you'll sustain an injury on the same side as your dominant hand.

This is really sad. Not just the fact that this is happening to Johnny but that it’s this hard for a man to win a case in court when they’re clearly in the right. Johnny has some of the best lawyers and team and yet even with all this evidence. Even with all the lies that she has told . This case continues to go on. This is really sad especially for regular guy. Who doesn’t have the money to afford the best lawyers to help prove they are in the right. It truly makes me sick that this is the kind of world we live in.
Cases like these usually last weeks or longer, which is favorable to both parties. Imagine what you'd be saying if they had the jury reach a verdict after just 2 days with Johnny's team not being able to present even a fraction of the evidence and testimony they already have. You can't just decide on cases like this that quickly.

Listening to the psychologist Shannon Curry diagnosing her with borderline personality disorder (amongst other things) must have been such a relief for Johnny. As someone who has been in an abusive relationship where everyone sided with the women, I am loving watching this case.
When she said “Babe” and then denied hitting him but also admitted hitting him in the same breath. The people who have hurt me have done exactly the same when I’ve called them out-manipulatively used a term of familiarity or connection that reinforces the relationship, in effort to get me to downplay or hide their violent actions. When you hear that ish, do whatever it takes to get out of that situation. You are not going to fix that person. Tell someone who can help, and GTFO.
Yeah she tried to make it seem like he was doing something wrong, but SHE was the one who hit him and is acting like that's ok. Another thing I've also thought about is, the recordings are very biased in a way because obviously when Amber records she's going to be careful about what she says since she's being recorded.

I did not follow up the whole story but they definitely did accuse Johnny of physical abuse and then turned it to verbal abuse and once again say that it does not matter and that the article was not posted by Amber so she is "not guilty". quick note about the makeup, the reason it was so pivotal is that the attorney said "she carried THIS makeup kit in her bag with her everywhere to cover up bruises" then entered it as evidence. So effectively without saying the words "she used the (make/model here) makeup kit to hide bruises" she did still say that...entering that makeup kit as an exhibit is arguably perjury (by legal definition it is a misrepresentation of evidence under oath)

Then he walks away saying 'But why is the rum gone?" That's what Johnny always did, walked away, not violence.

The same lady had accused me of being a peeping Tom while she was in the shower. The deputy believed her and was attempting to arrest me for it. My girlfriend came out and told him I had not left the house, that she called my lawyer and to hold tight. Lawyer calls and tells them to send a k9 to see if it would alert to me being around the women's yard. That and realizing she had to go then to the cop shop to press charges made her drop it. The women was the spitting image of Popeyes girlfriend mind you. Guilty until proven innocent if you are male.
My question is how many times is she going to be able to lie and nothing happen. She is destroying someone's life and she is going to keep doing it until she gets the punishment she deserves

Her demeanor in court is highly reminiscent of the Dalia Dippolito court case where an ex-escort tried to hire a hitman to kill her new husband. Maintained her innocence throughout even though she was caught red handed since the hitman she tried to hire was actually an undercover cop. Her facial expressions, bodily demeanor and unconscious movements are extremely similar and it's shocking to see. Really interesting as well from a psychological perspective; seeing these people who are so far detached from reality. Hopefully we see some justice for Johnny and he is able to live his life in relative peace, devoid of this crazy woman.

I love that she got the police called out to investigate a fight of theirs when 'Johnny threw a phone at her' saying that he had abused her and trashed the place, that there was broken glass everywhere etc.
Although her and her friends couldn't even get their stories straight in a way that aligned with the evidence, then all 4 police officers that showed up at the scene testified saying that she had no injuries on her and that the place looked fine.
When they were then painted as liars, the body cam footage from the event showed exactly the same thing they were saying!

THANK YOU. I have been trying to tell people her behavior is NOT of an abuse victim. She has been triggering me because the way she talks to him is how my abuser talked to me after he abused me. She is an awful person.
The thing with the make up is.. they can't just say "it's an example, we never specified the exact type" when every single one of Johnny's witnesses were asked "do you know what brand of foundation, concelear, powder.. Amber uses?" And when they said no, they insisted the witnesses couldn't possibly have known whether she was wearing it or not if they didn't know the brand. So if they're hinging their argument on the fact that people were sure she wasn't wearing make up when claiming to have bruises, they should really have that argument airtight and be presenting the correct make-up.
I've been watching parts of this case but haven't seen anything about that vomit part. Amber said that Johnny was puking every night in his sleep? How would he not know that (atleast upon waking up)? Not to mention, if he was doing this regularly, he would likely be dead. Vomiting in your sleep is incredibly dangerous.
And the thing is Johnny is brutally honest. If Johnny doesn't win this case, something is terribly wrong.
