Had a bountiful harvest of my Rocoto aji largo and made the jelly as suggested. Now i have tons of Christmas presents to gift to family and friends. Happy holidays!

Thanks, Peter! Looks great! I am starting to find that I have more time and energy to focus on a smaller grow as I get more experience with peppers (and older in general). My problem is choosing which varieties to include. I always want to try new varieties but there are some favorites I will always want to grow. In the end, I always end up with more plants than I really should have.

Those Reaper x Moruga looked cool. Very bumpy.. That ghost plant sure was loaded. Hope they have time to ripen before the freeze 🤞

Unfortunately the frost hit before many were ripe. I was able to harvest plenty though, and have a ferment going from those pods. Hopefully the sauce will turn out good.

I got offered that Air Cube system and decided to pass. Time to start planning for next season. Been collecting some new varieties to try out.

Honestly, if I could go back, I would have passed. Not because it isn't a good system, it's just not for me, and it takes up a lot of space.
