Buy now and buy more if it crash don’t waste your time trying to predict the market ignore the noise and focus on company fundamentals. I believe these stocks are going to the moon. fully invested in the precious sector and I’m looking forward to the Q4 and Q1 earnings report on my mining stocks
Agree. just wish he had mentioned names of Juniors. I personally do not know how to evaluate a junior mining company. And don’t have time to make mistakes.
@@greggrubin5535 if you don’t know how to analysis individual companies buy the into the GDX and GDXJ (major gold Ming index and junior gold mining index) a lot of upside potential in this sector. This won’t give u the most spectacular returns but I think u should be happy with the returns you get. GDXJ was trading at 150 in 2008 and now is trading for 50. X300 ur money potentially

Covid is different from the flu because it's potentially more infectious, as the "R" figure tells us. People don't seem to think about how the virus puts additional stresses on doctors and hospital services which then goes onto impact treatments for cancer and others disease's. The impact on the health service is big factor that needs to be taken into consideration.
I disagree ...its refreshing to hear a market commentator that has the balls and intelligence to speak out all the others talk about the "pandemic" as if its a real pandemic
Not interested. In this bs Paul UK.. let's start making stuff again then I'll listen 👂 you got what I'm saying, greed is is not in the going to happen in the way you are planning it on the internet. It's all about producing goods that the world will buy from us. It's called real trading.
If all governments acted under the directive to cause the least damage possible the outcome would be more predictable. But I think that is not the case at all. In my opinion it is quite the opposite in most countries. And the election outcome in the US won't change that there. So I assume a rather pessimistic scenario will unfold. At the same time many stock markets as a whole are overvalued. Diversifying internationally and reducing unnecessary risks sounds reasonable. Often times I think the company itself is more important than the country/ies it operates in unless we talk about highly political unstable countries. But that list is not static.
Doug Casey is great but his hyperbole gets out of hand at times. "this is the worst of all possible worlds"? Really? a tad melodramatic. He also comes across really arrogant. He may not be arrogant, but shoooo, bet he would be tough to be married to. And I agree with almost everything he says.
The guy doesn't talk about how arrogant we are to comply to safety and how insistent we are to bring lockdown to their state. Seems to me, Americans enjoy catching the virus in the name of defiance. Ah, they are all getting a free paycheck, why comply, right?
Totally. But to his defense the host asked. And to the host, if you are going to air 50% of the content of your show on topics NOT related to your video title, it's a half click bait. Consider either changing the title (i.e. Doug Casey's discourse on Coronavirus, US politics, and gold) or put a time stamp on so viewers can skip.
well - i thought i could respect you for a real discussion on your views as opposed to mine - but to call democratic socialism really communism is just plain bold lying and sounds like a political ad for the current regime - dang, I had higher hopes for listening to you.
I love Doug Casey! He shoots from the hip and speaks the way he sees things.
Let me guess, you don't go out much do ya?
"the avg gov everywhere in the world is about as intelligent and efficient as the local DMV' why don't more people understand this?
Thank You ...Doug is very clear ...would have liked it if he had spoke a little of the gold miners that he likes .😃💕🙏
A really interesting interview when gold and gold mining was being discussed.
Great interview Charlotte. Doug speaks his mind and offers good advice.
Great interview on gold. I didn't realise (realize) how worthless my medical degree was and how little I knew about medicine.
You should have Doug on more. He nails it!
Great interview, thank you Charlotte.
Doug, you look great! Seriously! Glad to see you're taking care of yourself! My very best to you and yours! Cheers!
Does Casey buy silver collectables such as "Ed Moy"
designed and signed silver American Eagles?
two years since this video, still no rush.....
It is so nice to listen to a clear mind for a change.
That's what a well rounded con-man will make you feel like.
Doug is the best. Thanks Charlotte 💛💛💛
My advice wait until the stock market crashes then buy gold mining stocks

Great interview Charlotte! Question... Pay off debt or buy silver?
Pay off any variable rate debt.

Look into theta coin it's going to be the next big thing
I'm living in my parent's basement playing video games while listening to this, and I think it's one of the better places to hide out WW3.
You can do better

Mine and Dougs views are pretty much completely aligned and I'm probably half his age - I see that as an acid test of sorts !!
Probably best to stay out of politics. Focus on economics which sets the political agenda.

He's an expert but No real advance on what gold stock to buy!! Not hardly one he's in...
He has stated before that he is invested in:
GoldMining
Metalla

Look what’s happening in India!!! Doctors and nurse’s have died from COVID!!! Even a two year old died!!!
230000 dead in 8 months....that is no flu
Almost Famous 9 million people die of starvation every year and the cure is food.
