Brilliant! Looks like an awesome TBR!
Great video Greg - Garbaugust Police lol
Indeed it’s the most wonderful time of the year..
OH MY! The opening! 😳 I’m speechless. 😶
I read mostly "trash" so I am participating. 😃
Summer is here: the plunger is back! 😂
@@bouquinsbooks Like warriors of previous ages who name their swords, I should name my plunger.
Can’t wait!
There are several prompts I’m interested in but I can’t say them in the comment section or RUclips gets mad 😆
What a thumbnail! What an introduction! 👏
@@ExtraT82 Thanks.
"Do my tastes turn to..." YES to all of the above! Can't wait!
@@GrammaticusBooks I’m trying to find a KU option for all the prompts.
Absolutely brilliant opening Greg! 😂 Looking forward to reading some "trash" next month!
Thanks Cliff.
Greg that intro was utter genius 😂. I love this trashy fiction. Can’t wait for GarbAugust 3D 👍🏼🙈😁
I had so much fun joining in on Garbaugust last year, I am happy to say I will be joining in once again!
Love the idea of the Garbaugust Police!
@@CriminOllyBlog Don’t we have actual police who could fill that role? 😀
This entire event is a moral panic, lol. I've been lurking and enjoying the videos the past two years but I think I'll rustle up a trashy novel this year. A movie!? That sounds fun!
@@readandre-read I guess I need to come up with a classic trashy book and movie. Just to fit in.
Oh I forgot about this last year, or never got around to it... must try harder. Not like I don't own some garbage!
Geez Greg, your video had me kaughing too hard, I can't get over your Garb-scepter 🤣🤣🤣
It’s not GarbAugust without my scepter.🤪
Yes -the return of the plunger of doom!! So ready for Garbaugust!!
@@fiberartsyreads I think the plunger is now a fixed icon for my channel.
@@anotherbibliophilereads Indeed
I feel almost like you're the modern, lit. version of a medieval "sin-eater," but the truth is, I'm only hindered by budget from reading some of these, or at least flipping through them. I'd be curious to know, for example, if the gunfight/fistfight/knifefight scenes in SOBs: The Barabas Run are any good as some of the ones I've read in, say, the westerns I'm now reading (for fun but also to gear up for a new project). In this regard, I'd be very interested in your thoughts about it. Thanks for the video, Greg. Cheers. PS: There's nothing by Jack Hild on the Kindle. :(
@@unstopitable Egads. I think I paid $1.25 for the SOB book . Amazon has it got $19.95. Outrageous.
@@anotherbibliophilereads I know, bro. I saw that, too. Crack-head prices.
And here I thought the plunger was AI generated.
The plunger is real! I’m ready to tackle some crap in August.🤪
You’re going to have so much fun Greg as always 😊 I will stay tuned for all your content and books 📚
@@badrad9226 Thanks Bad. If your chat needs a trashy name, I suggest Bad Is a Bad Girl.
Time to peruse my shelves and find some possibilities
@@patriciafay-f9l There will be be trash, I’m sure.
