Yes, you can write your privacy policy in google docs and paste that page's URL by clicking on the "share" button.

You can select minimum and maximum SDK versions in android studio for that.

PlayStore would not upload keep getting error not signed, tried all ways when creating the file unsugned/signed debug/release versions. It use to be to get the APK key and just add that when creating the app in Construct 3

Great video, but my application has been created with MIT App Inventor, so I get an ".APK" file, not an ".AAB" file.

You have to upload an AAB file. APK is not accepted.
@@Hari_Parajuli I have generated a .AAB file using "APK to AAB converter" on my smartphone, but Play Console tells me that there are still 2 errors:
1-.You must import an APK or a APP Bundle for this application (you will probably find this syntax a bit "stupid" since it is not possible to import a .APK but only a .AAB)
2-.This release does not allow you to add or to remove APP Bundles.
So it is just a nightmare : I turn in round without seeing a screen from which I can add the AAB file...

What is the maximum amount of time it takes to get ranked?
There is no exact time as different other factors can affect that but usually, it might take a week or so

If you created your app with android studio then in android studio you click on the BUILT (into the bar at the top of the windows (Mac OS)) > generate signed bundle/ APK > select Android App Bundle (AAD). that's it
