@@truckinguk i can feel your struggle when you get blowout on an airbag and being delayed at the delivery point. On days like these pals needed to have a backup, so they can hop in and drive your lorry when you run out of working time.

@@truckinguk be very careful then reason being if there are any discrepancies in the load you could be liable as you can get access to the load. Either use the ones your delivery point has or have someone present when you cut the seal. I’m a container driver myself and refuse to carry them for above reasons
@@PK73 Never had that problem as long as the seal is correct and sealed on arrival. Cannot see how you see that as a problem. Been doing this for many years without any issues..
Why?! I have 100x times the trust in a professional driver who is relaxed and laid-back, while steering in a way he's comfortable in, then a driver that still places his hands in a 10/2 position. That scares me! Way more!!

It’s a really fun party too when you have to explain to a family you lost control of the truck and killed people because you weren’t holding the wheel properly. Life lessons mate. Just passing on the the experience. Take it or leave it. But publishing videos of poor practice will and can be used as evidence in court. So it’s probably best to do things right eh?

Owning your own truck is pointless unless you have a very trustable mechanic, the mechanics these days are cons

If the trailer it’s to heavy I won’t move, I need to be done manually sometimes

Find some big zip ties to secure the trailers lock pin handle and remove the risk of it unlocking.
