Hello Des. Cheers from Brazil. Just discovered your channel and it’s amazing! Like you I started to ride my bike just a year and half ago. It’s the best thing I ever done to my life. Thanks for sharing your videos that make us travel with you.
Another great vid, keep them coming. Glad to see you got through the ford OK, unlike me a couple of years ago while going through one of a similar stretch & depth, a thin invisible layer of algae had formed over the concrete which caused the front wheel to instantly break away & I went down like a sack of spuds. Some serious damage to my pride, luckily no major damage to the bike apart from a bent gear lever - which I managed to straighten thankfully, as a new one costs £120 (I don't know how they come up with that price either).
My 2nd daughters name is Desiree, she just turned 36, has been riding for 1 year and a few months, I've been riding 50 years, since I was 10 year old. I really enjoy your videos, I still ride practically everyday, it is great to see someone new enjoying riding.
I sat on a SpeedTwin last weekend, definitely considering it as a next bike. And I'm gonna have to explore the glamping options in the Hill Country, you made it look so appealing!
J'adore cette vidéo jolie moto, jolie paysage, jolie mademoiselle. Je roule en street triple justement je voulais passer sur une néo retro moins puissante car 61ans en septembre . Je vais passer chez triumph essayer la speed twin 900. Bonne route.
Everytime I watch your videos, it makes me want to get a bike and get ready for an adventure!!😊 I just visited triumph dealership, love the red speed twin 900 as first bike
Wow. Absolutely amazing. Love the trips you're doing... and really inspiring me to find more interesting places here in the UK. Keep it up, great viewing.
Awesome trip. Great video, it's great to see how far you have come riding. Only thing with this video, would love to hear you talk more and your thoughts on things. Your face on the water crossing was priceless. Way to go Des!
Thank you for noticing! These trips have helped me grow as a rider for sure. Haha, I was on that hill and couldn't quite see how deep it was! It ended up being fine, but I was still cautious. 😅
So jealous of that museum stop! I have a route mapped out on my Rever app to go soon. Looking at about a 4 hour trip one way from my house on my Speedmaster.
Thank you! It’s the 35L crossroads. It’s been a great backpack this was the first time I strapped it to the bike. Worked really well and was secure. www.yeti.com/bags/backpacks/26010000081.html
Haha thank you 😊 Thanks for the suggestion on the bag, I've seen those! For now, I've been using a regular backpack but will need something better soon. Thanks for watching :)
No commentary…..giving us the silent treatment on this one….🤨😂 Just spent 3 days on a trip, 1,000 miles…..North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Kentucky. Nothing like it….the freedom of the road is addictive!
Love your videos. You really enjoy riding your motorcycle, we feel it and love the spirit. I'm on my way to get my motorcycle license, can't wait until I can ride on my own !
Haha! I was on a hill and I was certain I was not going to be able to turn around. I couldn't see how deep the water was, but as I approached closer it wasn't too bad :)
So relaxed, have to testride definitely as soon as possible the StreetTwin (vs. SpeedTwin 😜🫣), thx 🙏🏻 … you show us how to come down & to yourself in a chilly way without missing a clean, (mostly?) quiet (well: what’s actually that strange noice in the hut, for example in the morning/ while preparing the coffee ?) place in nature with wellness-factor ✨👍🏻 ride safe (Ps.: your riding skills have changed so much 💪🏻)
Amazing view from the bedroom ....right into the beautifull Triumph 😊
yeaah the nature very nice also 😁
I loved being able to see the bike! Thanks for watching :)
Just as you arrived at the cabin I started thinking please put something under your your kickstand and BAM you did LOL.

Knows how to build a fire and does not need a special bike for gravel roads. You rock!
If I may be so bold, look up kriega bags

Glad to see you using the street twin as an ADV bike. Have you got 80/20 tires?
Thanks! I'm looking at getting some.
Love your channel. I love how you have progressed from a new rider to a solo trip adventure seeker. Well done young lady!!!
Thank you! I've always loved adventuring and the motobike has brought that part back out in me. It's the best!

Riding a motorcycle must be exhilarating. Do you have a name for your motorcycle? If I had a motorcycle, I would name mine "Sheraz".
haha nice! I do, I named her Lady Mary. I love the show Downtown Abbey and thought I would make it a British name :)
Need friend like you are😊
Next time, take me with you ….
