The Delta is Marcus C. Michael, half of the legendry psytrance duo X-Dream. Working on this project, Marcus often collaborated with Arne Schaffhausen, Wayan Raabe (AKA Extrawelt, Spirallianz, Midi Miliz) The Delta created a new psy-trance sound and style with music characterized by MASSIVE rough sound, hard end guitars and a more technoish bass-lines, as opposed to the more melodic, Goa style trance of that time.
Scizoeffective was a groundbreaking album in more than one way. The album is a full night-time trip, not for the faint hearted, as the music combines massive guitars and techno beats together with unique and somewhat creepy sounds. Few tracks from the album like "As a Child I Could Walk on the Ceiling", " Travelling at the Speed of Thought", and "Pop" became instant classics.

Ich schau’ aus dem Fenster und glaube es kaum: Es springt Popcorn auf am Aprikosenbaum. Frühling schenkt mir dieses schöne Spiel: Blüten springen auf wie Popcorn viel.
