Well done Lee looking good I've had days like these, did the same with copper thing.worked well, but as you know with capri's you think your getting close to finishing all welding to find more 🙄😁
The panels on these are almost impossible to weld even if 100% rustfree , its because they are so thin but I think the galvanising coating affects the weld too , joggling the panel to put a step in it would have made it easier . I have also used copper a lot and it works a treat
Nice one Lee! Another job well done. Keep up the good work buddy 👍
Onwards and upwards 🙌 just got to keep moving once most of this is done mite get back on the capri 😅
Another grate video lee 👍
Thanks Dan motoring on with it now 👍 😀

You are 100% correct and you know what I keep forgetting there galvanised 😅 yeah the copper cooled the metal down a treat👍
Nice!! That panel has to be thin. Welding the VW was a pain and it's a 74.
Hi Mike yes it is super thin but i managed got the other side to do yet 🤣🤣🤣
Isn't the hole at the back of the rear quarter meant for drainage?
You would think so but the entire area originally was filled with seam sealer from peugeot so it gets filled over 🤔
