Losing streaks are rough and tilt is a real and terrible thing. Main thing that helps me is recognizing tilt and fighting against the urge to play more "just to finally win one" and instead taking a break. No good way to handle losing streaks that I found, the one thing that helps a bit is to try and frame losses as opportunities to learn and improve, instead a of a personal failure. Like this Rxh7! move your opponent slapped you with, great way to learn how deflection tactics can sneak up on you!
Love the vids, I do think there is a niche for instructive intermediate chess content. Too many "road to 2000", not enough relatable "road to 1700" vids!

I'm struggling with games VS puzzles. When Im doing puzzles I calculate a lot but in games, probably because time, I follow my intuition. And my intuition sucks :P im trying to feel every move in a game like a puzzle. Trying to see what my opponent threats and my checks, mate threats, captures and capture threats. I'm losing a lot because of time for doing that but with the time I hope to automate that thinking process.
I dont know what module says, but I would not change that active bishop for that Knight and lose a little bit of development advantage. When I have more pieces than my opponent playing i try to put more, not exchanging what i have.
