I don't think this small space needs a fireplace , but I do like the shower in bathroom, because of my age tubs are difficult, plus I prefer a washer and dryer in the laundry. But the size of the house works well for a senior citizen like myself who is also a widower.
Really cramped. Fireplace is crammed against kitchen cabinets. Fireplace is way to close to dining seating area. Dining table is so tight against side cabinets you could not reach to get into the lower cabinet. I would find it very frustrating to manoeuvre around this house.

Really nice I but the eating table is too big I would put to comfortable chairs by the fireplace and have a that folds down from the wall
