"Boots on the Ground" are now called "Earthly Boots" and the stats were nerfed a bit (from DMG +50% to DMG +30%) and more importantly, they are now Key Armor - making it impossible to equip both the boots and the mask (which is also Key Armor).
Is the lasting fortification mod from an old patch? not once have I seen it and it does not appear on the mod conversion tab. You may need to redo this one, dude.
