Yes that’s the point of it. If you beat all 3 modes, you get 3 copies.
Yes. Increases difficulty but you will get another bnhg and gear
its not that hard tho, you just need some decent gear and some good bronze, silver and gold cards and obviously promote and level them up.

Yo, I'm not mirza, but if you're struggling with dots run Blackest night the flash with any other blackest night and dots will heal you. The cheaper option is injustice 2 aquaman, he can transfer any dot done to him with double the strength to the opponent.
