Hi family welcome or welcome back to my channel if you're new here my name is Selena Zinchuk in today's video we are going to be using only one powerful ingredient that can help with alopecia also traction alopecia and androgenetic alopecia.
Ingredients
Today we will be using Rosemary. If you are familiar with my channel, then you know I use rosemary a lot on my hair and also on all my kids hair, it is very safe to be used on kids as well. Do not use Rosemary essential oil. Use the dry Rosemary herb.
How to prepare a mixture?
Just take a half cup of our dry Rosemary and I put it into our pot I added three cups of water and I put our water on the stove until it got hot and then I just added into our Rosemary I left it overnight and now it is ready to use for our leftover Rosemary I'm just going to transfer it into my mason jar and I'm going to keep this in the fridge if you want to reuse your Rosemary all you have to do is just put hot water on the stove let it get hot and then just put in your Rosemary. I'm going to make a tea from it two times because I don't want to waste any and it's still very potent and then I'm going to keep it in the fridge.
How to use it?
I'm going to use this on our hair daily and during our wash day. So first I'm just going to use it on Aurora's hair to refresh her hair, and put her hair back in braids and then I'm going in with the S-Secret growth oil for this. It is the only Growth Oil (s-secrets.com/product/s-secre...) that I use on my girl's hair and then to lock in all that moisture I'm going in with my leave-in conditioner and my smoothie and there she is so now I'm also going to do the same on Sonya's hair.
Benefits of using Rosemary
there was some studies done on Rosemary to compare it with monoxide which is commonly known as rokin it is her hair treatment to regrow your hair it shows that Rosemary works as well as minoxida but without the side effects Rosemary has also been found to stimulate new hair growth and it can even be used to treat ontogenetic allocation Rosemary has anti-inflammatory properties it promotes new service group and it also improves circulation the studies also shows that Rosemary improve hair growth and it also helps to prevent hair loss. Also, help to thicken your hair.
I also have rosemary oil in all of my hair growth oils which is my S Secrets growth oil it consists of rosemary oil my carrot Growth Oil also consists of Rosemary oil and my caffeine growth oil and these are oils that I've been using since 2016 so I've known about Rosemary and hair growth.
How long you use it?
According to the studies for you to see Azure Improvement in your hair they recommend that you use it consistently for three to six months it also shows that it can regrow for patches like thinning edges and also thinning hair.
Conclusion
If you are suffering from thinning hair balding alopecia then I would highly recommend that you give it a try again everything wouldn't happen overnight and you just have to be really consistent with it just give yourself at least three to six months with consistent use you would definitely see a difference in your hair.

Hi Selina, you are correct...Rosemary is amazing for hair growth and strength. My washday spritz is a combination of rosemary, cloves, and organic black rice. My hair texture is very similar to your oldest daughter and the rosemary routine has gotten my hair to tailbone length.

Rosemary is a hair stimulant by itself . I learned this last yr - unfortunately, the moment I stress , my alopecia flares 😒
@@phebethdawkins2400 Just put some tbsp in a jar and and add oil. Let it sit in your cabinet for 2-3 weeks, strain and use in am applicator bottle. Or put some tbsp in a pan and add oil. Simmer for 15-20 min, strain and use.

Good evening Salina I made the rosemary spray also can I incorporate the crrot juice into may hair as well to see maximum growth I don't have the horsetail herb to use in it I going to pick up refresh rosemary to make the rosemary oil cause I'm not sure if the dry would work for that

Hi Neda so sorry to hear about that. In your situation I love to see the hair before recommending something. However I will recommend you create a routine for her and stick to it. Try using Ayuverdic herbs and also will recommend our S-Secrets growth oil. Try keeping her hair in protective styles to eliminate breakage. Don't stress so much she is still young her hair will recover the older she gets.

I will be honest, if you have hair like 4B-4C, I use grease for the hair. Preferably Blue Magic grease to moisturize the strands. My hair grows like wild flowers 💐 when I use grease and water from a spray bottle. Hope this helps.
