WWE Legend and one half of the legendary "Rockers" Tag Team Marty Jannetty talks about an incident that occurred with "WWE Hall of Famer" The Iron Sheik allegedly assaulting a female Jannetty knew to the point where an ambulance had to be called and according to Jannetty a lawsuit could have stemmed out of it.

Ive actually heard this same exact story in another shoot he did. The fun these guys must've had in the 80s. It was a different beast then.

The stories are always interesting and insightful, let's be honest, a lot of the wrestlers were scumbags, doing disgusting things to people.
You think that's fun? He basically filled a girl full of drugs and then assaulted her for asking a question.
I was at this event in June 2018 which Marty was featured. This event had Marty tell quite a number of stories about getting into the wrestling business--including by request of an attendee, some infamous Iron Sheik stories, including this one!--and believe me, there wasn't a bored attendee in the room, present company included. Also included was a Q&A, autograph session, photo opp and Marty just taking his time to speak with me which meant a lot. The promoter of this event presented Marty with a plaque which marked the 25th anniversary of his winning the Intercontinental Belt from Shawn. It was very touching; Marty had said, "Y'all gonna make me cry" which he was very close to doing.

thats happened to me before i stage wrestle with all my girlfriends the ones that are 110 to 120 lbs that are easy to work with without them being smart to it and one time i acted like i was gonna elbow dive her and she moved awkwardly and made me elbow her on accident in the eye lmao

That's for sure. When I saw Marty in June 2018, he actually looked good other than his bad ankle...you can tell it's him only he's cut his hair and it's dyed lighter and of course you can't miss those blue eyes.

I’ve met Marty personally. Sometimes he just doesn’t stop laughing as he’s talking. It’s no wonder his voice has become raspy because he does like to talk.

Personally I thought Marty looked like Wayne Campbell(Wayne's World)during his active years--all you had to do was put a Wayne's World baseball cap on him. Of course, when Marty started speaking(out of character)with the Southern twang, you'd probably think it was an impersonator or something LOL.
I just watched an older version of this story and Marty was a lot more understandable than he is now.

He has really bad OCD. Several people like Al Snow, Bret Hart and Xpac have commented on it and have said it’s why Jannetty always found himself getting in trouble.
He is alone in life. He is very unhappy I can tell. People who have to pretend to be happy are only laughing at their own funny events trying to keep sane. I am going through something myself that I am very alone but need so many people and trying to make myself positive or myself happy because no one is. It's not even my fault and I don't do any drugs or did anything wrong but was wronged by other people. Sometimes it makes a big difference in a persons life to be in their life then let them do things on their own. Support is how famous people stay famous how rich people stay rich. No support at all just ruins a person. He seems like people always pushed him toward drugs than actually helped him.

I am just saying he had always been alone even when people were around him. Some people are not treated like they amount to anything and those people can feel it the whole time even when they push hard as they can to get noticed. They never really get the right attention they hope for. It messes people up. Those antidepressants slurs speech when you take them making you feel like you don't have free speech and when trying to speak it's harder to open your mouth normal speed. It happened to me.

He has like a southern accent and slur of words that it''s hard to understand. He couldn't have always been this way in the 90s so what in the world happened that made him so off? I thought he was done with drugs? I totally respect the guy and still won't make fun of him. Just wish someone could help him out maybe with speak therapy. Some point in my life I was so shy that my jaw would feel uncomfortable opening it too much and I even had lock jaw a few times so I talked like JR for a good portion of my life. Now I actually am able to talk so much non stop and haven't had lock jaw since.
I took some anti-depressants that slowed me down but also made my mouth not really open comfortably at all so I slurred my words. I might think he is on some from how he talks. It helps you not get too excited and freak out but makes you numb at the same time. Filters you to think before you speak but it does something to your mouth movement or at least it did mine. I got off it right away and went back to normal.
Now if Sheik can only short clothesline the me too movement!!!!
