You absolutely can, there’s one at the very earliest Vulgrim spot, the one you couldn’t use at first. In the nearby building there’s a Stasis wall jump and then a Force Ball path. Also make sure to return to Usiel for a reward

Absolutely the Best. I'd probably rank the games, as far as I've played (Currently in Genesis) As Darksiders 2, Darksiders, Genesis, and finally in last Place, Darksiders 3. Which is kinda sad, cause I really enjoyed the story of 3, but...The gameplay just sucked. Especially on PC with controller, where you can't remap the stupid dodge button...at least not easily
Well I have played Darksiders 2 on ps3 which was my first version which mostly my brother was playing for me . I started playing like in 2014 or something like that. Once I got my Xbox my brother bought me the 3 because he played it aswell on his PC and then showed me how to play the game better. Fortunately I didn't get the chance to play the 1 but still I tried the genesis the demo one and I didn't really like it.
Considering the weapons, this is how i used them personally. Fire Hollow: Strongest single target arcane counter, quickest physical attacks. Made it a very good single target weapon against strong enemies. Storm Hollow: Long range arcane counter in the game, but somewhat underwhelmin physical attacks. Made it a good weapon for fights, where you wanted to keep distance with arcane counters. Force Hollow: AOE arcane counter great against groups of enemies, strong physical hits but very slow combo, but punches through blocks. Made it a good counter against blocking enemies. Frost Hollow: Arcane Counter has both a melee and a medium range version. Physical attacks are in between fire and force hollow. Good all around weapon.
See i found the storm hollow to be my favorite. Using the polearm it currently is my top hitter on counters. It may be just because i have a few extra levels on it but the damage increase from the rest is significant in my current understanding.
@@Omgbbqhaxlolol if your Storm hollow weapon is a higher level than your fire hollow, then of course it can hit harder. also since it is your favorite, you probably did put the best entchantment on it as well. which is super fine. everyone should use what is most fun for him/her. but under equal conditions, fire hollow counter hits the hardest for single target. Storm Hollow wrath attack however does more single target damage then fire hollow wrath attack. but you can't see stuff once the 3 storms are going crazy :D.
@@Dravakar dude TELL me about it 🤣 i hate how little i can see, they're more a hinderance than anything. Now is that like base hit numbers or burning included? Cause it's pretty obvious that the burning will push it over the rest but i don't know what all you're including in that.

@@Omgbbqhaxlolol On my Character (mixed build, 60% arcane, 30% str, 10% hp), the base hit from fire hollow does more damage under equal conditions compared to the base hit of the storm hollow. it only makes sense to compare the base hits. burning just comes on top. but, if we talk about "on top", storm hollow has the chance with arcane attacks, to sometimes (quite rare sadly) cause extra small lightning hits. so far i have only seen it with the charged attack, but from the description, the chance for extra lightning hits should work with arcane counter too. but someone else would have to confirm that, since i didn't experience it with the arcane counter personally.
If I'm not mistaken there's a chosen on the Boneyards, on one of the buildings. Oh, and don't forget that the Lord of Hollows asked you to kill a specific demon and bring his soul back to him, keep an eye out for the guy.
In the fight with Gluttony when he does that suck attack you can use Force Hollow so Fury will be unafected by it. But still you need to stay away few meters because he can still grab you an eat you.
I haven't played this game in 2 years, but I remember 2 chosen(there's , you've killed 1, I forgot 1): In that massive water area you were in in this video, there's one. There's like 2 of these blades that you have to hit underwater next to each other in like a Drowned massive house in the middle of everything, hit them, a door in front of them unlocks, there's the chosen. There's another one at, like, the first vulgarim you unlocked in the game. There's a building in front of you and in the beginning of the game you litterly saw the walls that lead to him(you can now climb them with the ice hollow), clim them, and you'll be next to him
I've already completed 2 full playthroughs of the game, got those locations of the chosen for you my guy. 1 you can find at the very start, go to the first save point and go up the elevator with the wall jump, then you need Force to roll on the ceiling of a broken bridge to reach the first Chosen. The second is inside the boneyard, you can find him in a warehouse sub area, you need to use the storm hollow to cross a river of acid and complete a few puzzles while over there, but at the end of it you can find a human and the next chosen. The 3rd chosen is in the Depths, the forgotten lake, to the left of the save point there is a temple under water you must traverse through, mainly using force, and fight them at the final room. The last essence can be bought from Vulgrim, not sure how he got it. That's all excluding the one you collected from the easiest of the chosen near the start, hope it helps!
Even if you die so much in this series, i think that difficulty is super important to the story and gameplay, it feels so much more impactfull to see her struggle a bit, to not be overpowered all the time, it makes it just a tiny bit more interesting for the character and for me as a watcher, keep up the good work! 💙
If you go to the very first area, that garage with the ice wall in it leads up to another chosen. There’s also a chosen in the depths and another deep in the scar
There are 5 chosen in the game, all of which are unique boss fights. They are in: Forgotten Lake (Depths), West End (Haven), Drilling Annex (Scar) and Cargo Hold (Bonelands). I skipped the one u already killed. Explaining their exact locations would make this comment into an essay, I'd recommend googling the details. You can access all of them, as you posses all the hollows (apart from the one in Scar, since you havent reached that location). Also, Vulgrim will sell you an essence as well when you kill 6 sins.
I dont know of its from DLC, but i remember that each weapon you have, you can change them to another if you make a trial, or sonething like that. I think you will like it to try it and change the look of your weapons
Now that you have the stasis hollow you can get to one off of the west end serpent hole by going there and going into the parking garage and immediately going to the right Another one is from the serpent hole right before the lust fight arena you go back to where you made gluttony fall into the hole you should see some storm hollow wind tunnels to use to cross over to the other side of where you are you will want to get the mansk monster thing and get it to help you to the rafters of the first room you enter in that area Another is in the underwater exploration area before the gluttony fight (this one is a bit more difficult to find based off directions) You got one in the scar area and I believe one more making it a total of 6 chosen you fight and one essence you can buy from vulgrim

Myth. A good advice from someone who played the game right before you. You will never be too op. You need the arcane damage bc the bosses and even the normal enemies can fuck you up. Im balanced in everything soo I recommend that. Also get all humans. Its a huge boost in stats at the end. And do the void mission with the Serpent holes. It gives you a lot of upgrades. And a special little gift from vulgrim...

Gluttony was so very frustrating until you get to the underwater phase, now as for a chosen? There's one in the starting level, the parking lot where you can now climb the frozen walls in the elevator shaft.
It's a shame that Myth never figured out that the Force Hollow could prevent him from being sucked by Gluttony, but even with how dumb some set-ups could be with Envy, Gluttony is by far the most annoying boss of the game
Hey myth you can find some essence of the chosen from vulgrim and if you do a "re-cap' revisiting all the places you've been during the gameplay you'll find some big bad guys Also you'll find one in the next area you'll visit
Youll probably hate to hear this post play but in Gluttony's fight when he sucks you in, if you activate the force hollow you dont get pulled. I would also go do the Crucible stuff if you have it, now that you have all 4 hollows.
The place where u place where u smack the fish head at the beginning. Go to the other side n float to the other side of the toxic river. Whole place to explore there. Chosen is at a attic at the top of the warehouse
When going to Serpent Holes through Vulgrim, do you have an option to go to Limbo? If so, that's the DLC, which should now be fully unlocked and beating it will give you a very nice reward. I'm sure you can guess what it is!
You can get 2 more Essences of the Chosen now. I don't want to help you too much, but the first one is somewhere at the beginning, and the second one somewhere after Lust encounter place.
Also Myth... I hear you saying that maybe you did the wrong order of things. But let me just tell you, there is no wrong order, there is one specific order you do the bosses (at least the main ones) that exclusively depends on which hollows you have. So until you progress further certain parts are locked behind the mechanics some hollows give you. Even in new game plus, you lose all the hollows so you have to do everything in order again. So don't be worried that you're going out of order. The whole story and dialog is also setup with this specific order in mind and that's it :)
Gluttony is quite possibly the cheapest and nastiest boss in the game. Like, they straight-up gave him an undodgeable attack (that's pretty much guaranteed to get you a few times before you realize you have to get out of the way entirely), a sucking attack that requires you to have the force hollow equipped to avoid (to only inform you that the force hollow can resist strong winds at a later point) and an attack that slowly covers up the entire arena in damaging sludge. Beating Gluttony has little to nothing to do with skill and everything to do with just figuring out the trick regarding each of the moves.
While in the scar area look around alot to find a secret boss fight abraxis kill him then go to the hollows are where the lord of the hollows is and spare him to get the true ending
why not enough people recommending him CONTROL? or infamous franchise? control is an amazing third metroidvania half open world, half horror, half superhero game, with very weird and interesting story, also it's interesting u never leave building but it's map is huge

I think my game is bug when fighting Gluttony, His spitting attack is too much like 10 times in a roll and I barely have space to stand , I fight him with only one lane lol need to perfect dodge every attack and with that one lane I have to dodge his sucking attack too and yes in Reckoning is nightmare since I never use any shards everything can one shot me

Theres one chosen in West end that you can access with both the force and stasis hollow. It's in one of the big buildings you cross through
Make sure you find abraxis because if you don’t the lord of hollows plot line will not be resolved and it will effect what ending you get

Fast travel to west end go to the left from spawn up the elevator you need stasis and force and you’ll find another essence of the chosen.
You should definitely play genesis. It's not the Darksiders 4 that we all wanted, but it looks like a good game and I'm sure you'd love it

I think my game is bug when fighting Gluttony, His spitting attack is too much like 10 times in a roll and I barely have space to stand , I fight him with only one lane lol need to perfect dodge every attack and with that one lane I have to dodge his sucking attack too and yes in Reckoning is nightmare since I never use any shards everything can one shot me
