They don't really fit in to Tourism Sector! They are suitable for Teachers, Accountants or other Fields! Tourism and Hospitality needs, Well Cultured, travelled, informed, experienced Staffs to Comoete with the World. Male and Female Staffs. Not only Male. These Guys are not suitable for Tourism Staffs. They are too locallish with limited international knowledge. The Current Tourism Minister is a Jock! Unqualified and Unsuitable for the Position! Self Suiciding the Tourism Sector by recruiting the wrong Staff! They should recruit more qualified Females, to manage Ethiopian Tourism! The Men are too slow.
