Got the QY Big Cube for some casual fun, and it's surprisingly cool! 🤩 The corner cutting is smooth, the colors are vibrant, and the turning is just OK. It definitely adds a fun twist to my cube collection.
I had a Rubik’s cube competion tommarow on my birthday but it got canceled and now I’m really sad. Also now I’m going to buy a 9cm cube with b-day money thanks.
There are also FanXin and HeShu 9 cm cubes available (maybe not at SCS), and back in the day there was even a transparent tiled YuXin 8.85 cm cube although this has long been sold out.
@@CoachTabe Agreed. I love the YuXin in particular (a recent ebay acquisition). There's actually an older HeShu 10 cm cube too (black stickered) which isn't terrible.
I honestly was interested by 90mm cubes even though I have smaller hands and this comparison helped a lot. Also surprised about the fast that one of them has adjustable springs!!
Hi Shawn, I also bought a Qimeng a few years ago. They weren't magnetized back then, so I had to do it myself, but that required really strong magnets. Your video in which you magnetized a Gan 356 was very helpful, thank you for that.
My day is going alright. Traveling 7 hours to go compete in a track meet. Anyway, I really like the idea of these big cubes and I think I’ll probably get one here soon.
Diansheng Googol 8cm cube is my main for like 1 week, i love this cube, is super fun, even more than my GAN 12, Tornado V3, Tengyun V1, WRM v9. My hands are not so small (178cm/5'10), so it fits very well, is relaxing-heavy (Weight of a iphone) so it's not super heavy, it holds up my anxiety, and it's even more stable and faster than my 7cm Googol, i love it. I think people should test more that big 3x3s, it's super funny because it really looks like an optical Illusion, it's not like the cube is big, but my hands became small, so...i just love it, there is no rational argument.
I bought a big cube years ago, when they were being sold as suitable for solving with your feet. :) No idea what brand it is; it has black stickers instead of white, can corner-cut to about 5 degrees, reverse to about 2 :) but I still pick it up every now and then to do a few solves and then notice how strange a normal cube feels after that. Edit: Oh, I see now that one is a little over 10cm instead of these 9cm ones.
I have never actually solved a large puzzle! 🧩 they look really fun actually! The QiYI warrior was actually my very first puzzle ever so it’s funny you said it reminds you of the Warrior from QiYI. Hope you are having and awesome week and looking forward to more content from you as always. Also thanks for the tips on my A Perms. You can tell you are a teacher you explain things very well! Peace! ✌🏻
For real I actually thought the code would be something really hidden, but it wasn’t lol Are you good at triangles? Try this scramble. 0.620 L B U B’ U’ L’ B R’

I am looking forward to get my hands on one of those 90 mm cubes. Some day!
Waiting on that 90$ Gan 9 cm cube with maglev and corner to core magnets
There are also FanXin and HeShu 9 cm cubes available (maybe not at SCS), and back in the day there was even a transparent tiled YuXin 8.85 cm cube although this has long been sold out.
I have all three of those cubes and they're all good.

@@kieranf. Oh yeah? I've never seen the black Heshu. I would LOVE to get that one!
GOOD VID
I didn't expect to see adjustable springs on 90mm cubes. I really am looking forward to get one of those. Great video!
Do you like the YJ Zhilong? I want to use it for OH? Also, nice video l!
Yes I do!
I love this channel lol

Love the big cubes
I came across your channel a few days back and am really enjoying your content 🎉
I can't believe how long you have kept the uploads up on this channel. It is really impressive, excited to see more from you!
Thank you. I'm still enjoying the process.
I only have the QiMeng Plus and love it. Big 3x3s are fun and apparently you can also use them for Roux.
It's crazy how cubes have magnets even when they are that big

Looks like some really nice cubes to add to the collection!

Check ruclips.net/video/h1DQpZ683t4/видео.html
I go over my favorite puzzles there
I really didn’t realise there were so many giant cubes now… It’s the next big thing huh?
Man i love speedcubeshop and there channel and your channel and there website i hope i win giveaway yeah
I don't really get this concept of cubes, maybe if feet was still an wca event they would be useful. Great video
Fire video, Keep up the good work 👍

Nice
man the 90 cm cubes look fun, i wonder what the optimal finger tricks are, gonna have to change some of my algs to solve on this cube lol
ive really wanted to get one of the big 3x3s cause i find them so fun to just casually solve on. thank you for this video!
Hiiii😂
what do you thing is better: Tornado V3 Pioneer UV or WeiLong WRM V9?
I definitely see magnetic being more important for this size than spring compression. Did you mess with the Diansheng setting at all?
You might want to also mention that the Qiming Plus also comes in non magnetic, and the Diansheng comes in 7cm, 8cm, 9cm, or 10cm.
I have been thinking about getting a big cube for a while now. I think it is pretty pointless though. Any other cool things you can do with it?
h
These seem useful for feet solving. Is that still a thing?
I think this cubes are really nice I have this 9 cm meilong and it's great :)
I didn't know that DianSheng actually made "speedcubes" good video!!
I have left my collection in my office and now every time someone walks by they do a doubletake.
I have the moyu 9cm and it is really fast.
My day is going alright. Traveling 7 hours to go compete in a track meet. Anyway, I really like the idea of these big cubes and I think I’ll probably get one here soon.

Amazing stuff. Those 9cm cubes look interesting

Interesting, I actually have thought about getting these, not sure why I didn’t get one…
(Entered giveaway)
i'm looking forward to big cubes❤🎉
I've heard those bigger 3x3s are good for warming up in competition, because then every other cube seems smaller
I do that sometimes or use a 4x4 for 3x3, but this may be a bit much. Lol
I've always liked big cubes, but I think a large one would be fun too.
Really funny how moyu is just copying everything other companies made lol
Not to mention it is just a big ahh RS3
Great video! Hope to win a cube !
❤❤scr
I like the diansheng more because of the clacky sound
I hope QiYi will release a smart cube soon.

I have little hands so it will be fun to play with it
Wow, I don’t think that the Moyu cube will fit on the stand 😂
