The BMW GSA is one of life’s great pleasures. If you’ve ever ridden one of these bikes you’d know how much fun and how special they truly are. To it’s core, unique both in style, ride and many other qualities inherent to the GSA. Naysayers there will also be. Life’s short, just buy the bike.
Just bought same one, ice grey with performance pack,swapping my crosstourer,love my honda but i was curious and got a very fair deal.let see if i regret it! For sure the bmw has better suspension and brakes,balance too,but my biggest concern is the engine,honda v4 was fantastic.take care cheers from sweden. After 4 month even love it more,love the boxer,the best you can get on two wheels and so capable.
@@ccohen8 You can order it from the factory with a different seat, like a low, tall, or comfort seat and it will be black. However BMW released this one with Red accent decals and a red seat. I've had customers remove the decals and replace them from another color combo or some custom made one. The seat is also something you can swap out, but it would be an option you'd have to purchase. Not sure what the colorways for 2021 are, if the Grey will be carried over.

Its the same Bike as the 2019. Bmw makes changes/ Add ons all 2 years. With this particular Adventure that comes in 3 couours, one will drop out and there will be a new coulour available for the 2020 Afventure Models still being 3 coulours to choose from at the dealership ( speaking of this Bike 1250 GS Adventure )- Andy
To my knowledge BMW has not yet announced the 2020 GS/GSA's, the colors are usually changed. Because some customers want to be able to be identified as a rider of a 2020 and not a 2019, which I think this is. Thanks for all the informative commentary by the way.
To much gizmos that could cause headache after some years, naaaa just need a beautiful landscape and a woman behind .the suspension is comfy but my vfr 1200 x has a v4 ,beats the boxer any day .for the money left i got a husky 501 two new bike for one and more fun 👍
How does it beat the R1250GSA? Power? BMW 135 hp vs Honda 127 hp. Torque? BMW 105 FT-LB vs Honda 93 FT-LB. Weight? BMW 591 Lbs vs Honda 606 / 628 Lbs....I'm seriously interested in which category the Honda beats the Boxer.
V4 is smoother ,a v4 is a v4 ask any mechanic .ride comfort is as good as BMW ,the Seat is better on beamer but easy to change on Honda .you dont feel the extra kilo on Honda ,Mabye on the garage drive Way ,put dirtier Tires on and you can leave the asphalt if you want .Beamer has + here lighter ,little better ground clearence .there is stories about cracked cylinders with beamers even protected when dropped.cylinder stickning out is a bad design if Crash. Honda has better reliability reckord than BMW .its cheaper a loooot .honda is s perfect so i will almost call it boring but the engine is a Peach 🍑 .bmw more status but i dont care .try one if you want a solid mile eater that never lets you down .

I know what you mean.lol. The 2019-2020 BMW R1250GS did not have a model redesign, just an engine swap with the new Shift Cam 1254cc engine.

I would stick to asphalt with either of them to heavy and one of them to expensive 👍 in the end How Many of us cross the dessert ?
