As an european I always have dried porcini mushrooms in my kitchen and I use them often at least as spice for many dishes. Loove them. I'm vegan for over 10 years and mushrooms have always been one of my favourite foods. ❤

I have never eat semolina pasta... Or gnocchi from potato... I dont even feel curious to taste it even though recipe was excellent... What got me bad here is when you said ; here.....we use eeeeeverything..... Couldn't agree more!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Maybe in her recipe book? Gnocchi - 1/2 ‘00’ fine flour and 1/5 fine semolina. At the end she adds Mascarpone (you could add heavy cream/ double cream if that’s all you have. I hope this helps.
