Did you disable coalitions ?
@@rifleboy4837 If you choose very easy difficulty, it turns off coalitions. (And I really don't want to wait 30 minutes for the aggressive expansion to decrease so...).

What does nukes do?
@@Slam-k3d They destroy the economy of the province you use them on and they destroy about a fifth of the army stationed in that province.
