Also the reason that sometimes you cant demand all of the territory of one country is because yur ally has more warscore than you(they did much in YOUR war) and you cant take it all. Example: Ireland

The problem is that unless I play on very easy, coalitions are possible and I don't want to waste 30 minutes just waiting for the aggressive expansion to go down. Maybe I'll make an empire for the zombie horde though.
