In stark contrast to the second incident where the officers wasted WAY too much time arguing with the lady. Two officers tied up with this nut case, while they have much more important things to be doing.
Kudos to the first officer for actually doing his job instead of entertaining these nuts. Drop that girl, cuff her and take her off to the pokey. You don't need to entertain her idiocy.
I have a feeling there may have been a third officer inside the building reviewing security footage with the manager, and when they were able to confirm what happened, they radioed the two officers in the video to arrest the lady.
Did you also like when she said " you're taking my rights away" and the cop said " yeah that's what happens when you go to jail" ?? I wasnt aware you forfeit your rights when you get arrested... not saying she didn't deserve to be arrested but it just shows the mentality of police these days.
It Seems as if every American who gets into these predicaments automatically screams 'you are violating my rights'. These same persons never seem to care about those same rights for others. 😨😨
The problem is the total misunderstanding of rights in the first place by nearly everyone. Rights are the inherent, inalienable, self-assertive moral principles that it is right for each individual to use their liberty (ability to think and act) and wrong for any individual or group including government to infringe on the liberty of any individual or group (unless in defense from an initiation of force or in the case of government in retaliation for initiations of force but only if the retaliation is done with due process). Food is not a right. Healthcare is not a right. Universal basic income is not a right. None of those things are inherent, inalienable, self-assertive moral principles. They are better characterized as wants. Some may claim they are needs but that is only if you immediately cease your investigation when you reach the point that you want to. So you say food is a need? But what is it needed for? To sustain human life. Is the sustaining of human life needed for the universe to continue? No. So when people say food is a need they simply stop at to live as if that is some claim on existence to provide them the sustenance they want. To live is a desire aka a want. The things that conscious beings want they must produce or earn. If you want to live then you need to eat. But your desire to live is just that, your desire and thus your responsibility. You do have a right to earn food and healthcare and other wants by being productive and trading your productive effort for the things you want from others(their productive effort). But you have no right to someone else’s production without the voluntary exchange of it. People will say oh that is such a terrible way to be, you don’t care about the less fortunate? I do care about the less fortunate but as it’s been said many times before, ‘it is not a virtue to steal from person A and then give it to person B’ If you want to help person B do it with your own productive effort and leave person A out of it. You have no right to his productive effort even if you want to give it to the unfortunate. Charity is a very good thing. Welfare is a horrible monster that creates a huge moral hazard and inevitably leads to more of the problem it tries to solve, more poor people and a worse economy.
My youngest daughter just got her learner's permit. She got the speech of what to do when you get pulled over. Turn off radio, turn on interior lights and place your hands on the steering wheel. Yes sir, no sir. Accept the ticket and wish them a good day. Dispute it in court if it's called for.

The young lady in the second to last clip at the beach actually pressed charges and won a decent chunk of change. There is also a difference between a power trip and doing your job, which is deescalating the situation and handling it appropriately. There is a time and a place to use force like the last 2 clips
I think it's very helpful for somebody to offer some more context to these situations. From most of the footage we see, we have no idea what happened before, whether the person getting arrested was in the right or wrong or if the arrest was justified at all. So thank you!
Ya she was in the wrong until the officer was in control of her with backup on scene and said "thats it" then started beating the back of her head repeatedly. Difference between controlling the situation and using excessive force because you're mad.
I wholeheartedly agree. It was silly of her to resist arrest, but I understand her outrage. There was absolutely no reason to manhandle her to a police car. She was not drinking, she was not making a noise, both girls were peacefully sitting on a public beach. Seriously, the American dream is more of a nightmare. In Europe this would almost be laughable. It wouldn't even happen in Russia.
@@rdoran2836 I disagree. She was not intoxicated. Both girls were peacefully sitting on the beach. I can't believe the police can randomly check what people have in their bags for food and drink. So let me get this straight. You can walk around with a gun but you can not have beer at the beach and not drink it. Don't US cops have anything better to do?
Yeah they do… but dealing with breaking law is what they have to deal with. Exercising your 2nd amendment right while not breaking any other law is legal. I do it every day. Drinking in certain places that are prohibited is illegal. Or being over legal limit. There are plenty of beaches you can drink at, just not that one.

Yes, specifically the 4th amendment. Cops are the only people that can do that.
It's the same 'muricans that also believes ''murica is the only country with a constitution.
I do care about the less fortunate but as it’s been said many times before, ‘it is not a virtue to steal from person A and then give it to person B’
If you want to help person B do it with your own productive effort and leave person A out of it. You have no right to his productive effort even if you want to give it to the unfortunate.
Charity is a very good thing. Welfare is a horrible monster that creates a huge moral hazard and inevitably leads to more of the problem it tries to solve, more poor people and a worse economy.

You have No Rights in Canada Only privileges and privilege can be taken away
what right to break the law? what are you talking about?
A shop is a private building. They open it for public but it is not a public building. They have their own rules.
Exactly. Similar to a residence. You can make your own rules within your residency, and if people don't follow those rules, you can tell them they are no longer welcome. If they refuse to leave, they're trespassing. People for some reason think they have rights to just do whatever they want whenever they want at any point in time. Business owners have rights too.
Incorrect! Lol you talking so authoritative, and arrogantly. Kind of weird.
@@garysmith1863 And what federal rights does she have that prevents a business from removing a person from their property? I wanna know, because if you can find a reason, then that means the same can happen on someone's private residency.
@@garysmith1863 so to the owners of the private property. Their rights out rank whomever is on THEIR property.
sure, but their own rules can't be discriminatory
Stupidity mixed with arrogance, with a dash of alcohol, will result in immediate detainment and or arrest.
On top of everything else thecops were drinking 2 ?
A lot of these people seem like they've had more than a dash... and if they were in fact completely sober, then hopefully they never touch a substance lol
Stupidity mixed with arrogance mixed with no consequences ever given to their tantrums before builds a hard brick wall to run into eventually.
Yeah, illegal detainment and arrests. Educate yourself.
I cannot see what she actually did wrong.
Parents much be sooo proud. They created upstanding citizens.
This woman called the police as well as the store people.... The police didn't just randomly show up ..The police have to establish who and what they are dealing with, it's called 'identify yourself" before anything else is done... These idiots have no idea about the smallest way law enforcement actually works... The first thing to understand is, "Don't argue with the Police! Your complaint is nothing to do with them . You identify yourself, then if asked, you comply with the questions from the police ...The police are not judge and jury, they are the statement collectors for use in possible court cases, and are obliged to be systematically correct In how they proceed....
Nope. They don’t have anything better to do.
The lady on the Beach got paid $325,000 for the incident .
facts fukin A
Lady: “It’s called common law… you should read up in it.”
Other cop: 🧐
If you're part of an investigation, you have to identify yourself lady.
If you're walking around doing nothing wrong, then no, you don't need to identify yourself
Common law, meet statutory law.
I bet she saying that acting like she knows everything because she read 1 Wikipedia page on it
@@StevenDoh police officers have better things to do then ID random people on the street for sheets and giggles. If one approaches you and asks for your ID, you better comply. You DONT argue the point. Just play along and be done with it in a minute
@@eliyaskiya You're insulting Wikipedia feelings, reading 1 Wikipedia page will make you smarter then her
Dude had enough once she mentioned the CDC lol
That was by far my favorite. I hate when they engage them and encourage their nonsense by responding at all, but it was extremely worth it for that moment lol.
I think he got the signal from the other cop it was cuff time. They have little signals like catchers playing baseball. Wow was she annoying. That F ing voice yikes!!!
The beach arrest was triggering , why would he punch her ? I’m so happy she filed a lawsuit
She did? What’s her name?
надо чаще подавать иски
I like how people make demands to police officers like the officers are going to listen to them 🤡
Right? I have watched at least thousands of arrests between RUclips and the show COPS and never, not once, have I ever seen this:
Get your hands off of me!
Cop says "Oh, okay" and lets them go
I like the " you work for me" comment. No they work for society not the crims.
@@BobLouden-r9q Who do you think lives in society?
@@andyd3447 the only ones that should be able to live in a society are the people that contribute in a positive way. So the criminals shouldn't be allowed .let them live in the gutters where they deserve.
@@BobLouden-r9q What about disabled people? Or people who were in an accident and cant move anymore? Should we kill them?
