2. That people refuse to accept that they are going to be doing what the cops tell them to do, by choice or by force. If they tell you to do something that is WRONG, that's a conversation for later in COURT. But, you ain't fixing the problem by yelling at them, today.

Yes, specifically the 4th amendment. Cops are the only people that can do that.
It's the same 'muricans that also believes ''murica is the only country with a constitution.
Exactly. Too much frigging rights if you ask me. Always one group screaming this.
The problem is the total misunderstanding of rights in the first place by nearly everyone.
Rights are the inherent, inalienable, self-assertive moral principles that it is right for each individual to use their liberty (ability to think and act) and wrong for any individual or group including government to infringe on the liberty of any individual or group (unless in defense from an initiation of force or in the case of government in retaliation for initiations of force but only if the retaliation is done with due process).
Food is not a right. Healthcare is not a right. Universal basic income is not a right. None of those things are inherent, inalienable, self-assertive moral principles.
They are better characterized as wants. Some may claim they are needs but that is only if you immediately cease your investigation when you reach the point that you want to. So you say food is a need? But what is it needed for? To sustain human life. Is the sustaining of human life needed for the universe to continue? No. So when people say food is a need they simply stop at to live as if that is some claim on existence to provide them the sustenance they want. To live is a desire aka a want. The things that conscious beings want they must produce or earn. If you want to live then you need to eat. But your desire to live is just that, your desire and thus your responsibility.
You do have a right to earn food and healthcare and other wants by being productive and trading your productive effort for the things you want from others(their productive effort). But you have no right to someone else’s production without the voluntary exchange of it.
People will say oh that is such a terrible way to be, you don’t care about the less fortunate?
I do care about the less fortunate but as it’s been said many times before, ‘it is not a virtue to steal from person A and then give it to person B’
If you want to help person B do it with your own productive effort and leave person A out of it. You have no right to his productive effort even if you want to give it to the unfortunate.
Charity is a very good thing. Welfare is a horrible monster that creates a huge moral hazard and inevitably leads to more of the problem it tries to solve, more poor people and a worse economy.
Yep. Weird isn't it?
The 'Ive never been told No in my life before'

In the beach case, the two officers were fired and the woman got 325,000 in compensation. She was underage and they suspected that she had consumed alcohol. She collaborated and did TWO tests, both showing that she had not been drinking any alcohol. They could not accept that they were wrong, so they escalated the situation and became violent. The correct action would have been to leave, as their initial assumption was proven wrong.
the last one escalated so quickly- he did not need to SLAM her onto the concrete like that
My youngest daughter just got her learner's permit. She got the speech of what to do when you get pulled over. Turn off radio, turn on interior lights and place your hands on the steering wheel. Yes sir, no sir. Accept the ticket and wish them a good day. Dispute it in court if it's called for.
Also watching the ACLU videos about traffic stops might come in handy about exercising your rights (illegal searches, etc).
Yup she’ll stay alive. My dad gave all 4 of us the same talk which I gave to my kids

Man. I wish I was able to convince myself of things to where they become my reality. Seems like a super power honestly
Misinterpretation of the law has poice officers doing social work before arresting suspects.

All cops should be like the first one. Give them a fair and clear warning, and if they don't listen just make the arrest and be done with it. These people are giving too much bs.

Unless of course the business sells publicly traded stocks. Then any business is not private it is on the stock market which is public.. Walmart isn't a private company.. the property is prob a lease. And you must be given a warning to trespass first and its not a arrestable until you are notified then return..
@@stevenjones618 a publicly traded company does not mean the entirety of the public owns it. Commit an offence and I think you still don't have to speak to them? It may be easier to engage, but surely if you as a free person and especially if you know you are completely innocent - why should you have to engage? There is a good reason solicitors suggest not speaking to cops without some legal rep with you. Stay away from them if you can.
No offense absolutely no requirement to identify. Suspicious activity is not enough. Please get educated!

Couldn't agree more, as a woman I don't understand why she is cursing cops out and resisting and then complaining about how cops mistreat people. They have no other choice then to throw her to the ground, they told her multiple times to calm down and she *chose* not to.
It is not illegal to curse at cops lol, it does not give them any right to put their hands on you in an aggressive manner just for cursing, even tho they tend to do it anyway and not get prosecuted
