I took time off to grow my family and 2020 has thrown a lot of kinks into the works with being new to homeschooling and a newborn. ;) But Im trying to get the work in. It will just be slow until I can get better work-life balance.

Hi there, thanks for the sub! Glad you like the videos. :) Are the gates on a slope? I don't know of a way to stop gaps if the gates themselves are on a slope- I don't think I tested gates with fence supports. If the fence supports don't do it I don't know of a way. So the only suggestion I have is to try attaching the gate to a fence foundation or fence support at the lower point of the slope and perhaps the gate will clip under the ground. But I don't know if that will work my friend. :)

Ive tried to stay away from boxes (which has worked up to now) I feel I might have to box it on the decline with some steps... Winding round. Ive watched practically all your videos and your inspirations are demonstrated throughout my build. Ive been building this kingdom for around 6 weeks solid... Its almost done... Reached a few max structure limits but managed to overcome it. I wish you could see it 😁

Water taps can be a bit away (to the side, above or below) and still work. I have the option to ghost and tuck them away, but even not in creative and on official settings you can lower a foundation and place pipes and electric wiring inside your floor. I run pipes up through pillars and walls to get them to other levels. :) hope that helps!
The only thing I don't like about decorating with plants is how often you have to replace each plant. I'm on a server, and only get to play a few hours a day. Every time I'm on, the plants need replanted and I never get to see them at their full potential. Am I missing something here? ??
Yeah I hear ya. There is upkeep with plants like torches and generators. One thing I've noticed is plants consume a lot of fertilizer while they are fruiting, but once they've reached their max fruit in their inventory they slow down a bit with their consumption. So I'd recommend if the plants are just for decorating 1) irrigate them 2) don't take the fruit from them, let them fill up and 3) give them greenhouse light where possible as it speeds up the time it takes for them to reach their max fruit. And if your on a dedicated server change the settings to reduce the plants consumption and increase it's health for Max lasting power. Hope any of those suggestions are helpful. :)
Near the end, I couldn't help but notice just how much the video was getting choppy. Sure, it's nice to decorate, but you should only place as many as you need. It could also be that your settings are too high for what your computer can do.

Also on prim plus I believe bone meal lasts longer than regular fertilizer so that's helps too. :)
