I got accused for everything because i'm the oldest. My dad told me he loved me right before he beat me. My mom always took his side and accused me for what she thought was in my heart. I am over 50 now and still have trust issues. Still not married so no kids to mess up. When i wasn't in trouble for something, i was an over achiever. Now Abba is my Father, but i would still like a hug with no strings attached. Thanks for your broadcast!

This is so huge! I’m a quality timer and words of affirmation and I don’t recall my love bank ever being filled as a child. I know my mom loved me but dad was always working and stressed.

You could also let them help you in the kitchen and teach them how to stir the salad. It will help you do what you need and give them what they need

That's what I did with my son at the age of five, he helped me drying the dishes. Today he is 35 and when I am doing dishes and he is home, he gets the towel and automatically helps me as we spent Quality Time talking! 💟
