I recently brought a link 1 from Greg, it has changed my game completely. Shaved easily 5 strokes on the green. Awesome service also, will 100% be buying my gear from him again 👍
@@ringgsting thanks so much for coming in and seeing me. I’m so glad you are putting so well.
Interesting video and a good WITB, I am not one for tinkering very much with different clubs but you seem to do ok with it, I cannot believe that constantly changing drivers and driver shafts can do your golf game any good in terms of consistency especially as the driver shafts that you mention are not really that similar whereas I could understand it more if you were using the same shaft in different drivers, I watched Rick play in Phoenix today using the same LAB Golf DF3 putter and it has to be one of the ugliest putters out there plus he putted so horrendous that you would not have believed there was even a hole on the greens.
@@scottwatson9479 changing all the time definitely isn’t good for my game, but I do mostly play at one course so that helps a little. I like to get a knowledge of the equipment I sell so trialing on the course is essential. As far as the putter goes, I have improved about 4-5 strokes on the greens from a year ago, so the lab is staying put.
Thought you might move into Srixon Zxi7 irons. I am looking forward to that review.
@@johngenc3782 no more Srixon unfortunately. I’m converted to Mizuno 😃
Around the 100 mph driver swing speed and low 80s 7i speed like you. Would you ever go into 110-115 gram shafts at your speed or consider it or would you consider it too heavy and stiff for your speed? I was looking into trying out Modus 120 which I hear is a softer shaft and it only weights 114g. Played PX IO's with no issues but found the handle a little too firm but from my understanding PX IOs are built for people with slower swing speeds, especially at the 5.5 and 6.0 flexes which is probably why I was able to play them despite being 110g. (i played 6.0)
Modus 120 is a little lower launching which has me worried. Most people who play Modus 120 (like Mike and Ian from TXG) swing at high 80's and low 90's. I considered going into Modus 105 but I find lighter shafts make me feel the head more which I don't like. Was wondering what your thoughts are on this. I did consider Modus 120 reg flex but I don't think my ego will let me play regular flex shafts.
@@SnoopyGolf your transition, not necessarily speed will determine the best weight for you. Aggressive guys tend to go for 120 and higher, while really smooth transitions like mine can play lighter shafts. In actual fact, the modus 105 launches lower than the 120. Also, the PX IO will launch higher than both Modus 120 and 105.
