I only discovered you guys about a month ago but you have quickly worked your way up to the top 3 of my list of favorite sailing channels. Love the positive attitude, humor and both your smiles.
Cool ep. Loads of funny moves. Such a great love to each other. That’s worth much more than all money in the world. Probably you already know that. Life’s too short for granted. Thanx to you two 🙏🥂
Amanda and I wear rings made of solid jade. They break easily under any force -- in fact, I'm on my third one. They're only about $10, so we keep a couple of spares lying around for when one breaks.
DONE! I've just finished watching 108 episodes in 7 days. Not watching every frame mind you, but skimming and stopping at things that I thought would be interesting. I did the same thing with Delos a few years ago, watching from their first episode until I reached real time. So why am I joining Millennial Falcon after you've been online for over 2 years... I decided long ago that I just couldn't follow every sail boat on youtube. I picked about 10 boaties and I bypassed any that aren't on my list. As I scanned through my youtube feed Mellennial Falcon would, it seemed, always be there. I skipped you of course. Then one day recently I decided to watch one episode, which became two, then three. I was attracted to you because you are positive, easy to listen to, and you are a very nice couple. Selecting Subscribe on your videos meant I had to drop one of the others which I did. It gives me comfort to know you are engaged. I wish all sailing couples would be marries. You certainly have been through a lot of major repairs, more than most in my opinion. I'm sure there have been some very frustrating moments but you are generally in good spirits on the videos which is much appreciated. If you think all of those repairs were challenging at the time imagine what I felt cramming all of them into one seven day period! Some days I went to bed exhausted from watching you deal with serious boat issues. Water coming into the bilge would drive me crazy. One thing that comes to the surface often is how you share the load more than other couples. Khiara is more than willing to take responsibility for large projects and put some elbow grease into the job. Doing maintenance on the winches seemed to be one of your strengths. Prepping and painting the inside of your chain locker is commendable. Adam seems to be able to tackle any complex job such as carving out a space for the new refrigerator or repeatedly dealing with the prop. As an engineer I have to believe it is both frustrating and exhilarating to face a new issue that needs your attention. I now of no other boat that has had the bottom painted as much as the Millennial Falcon. One thing I wish you would improve is to buy and use a harness. Imagine Khiara coming up the companion way ladder one day only to discover that Adam is gone! It frightens me every time the boat is healing, crashing through the waves, and one of you is making your way from the bow to the cockpit, stepping over things, without a harness. I love the times under sail the most. The Q&A sessions are very interesting.
As a 72 year old salt, I can say with authority that "Tabasco Sauce" helps loads, it is not a polish but it helps getting it clean, just have a cloth handy and the occasional spot of tea. Love the dynamics of the both of you. I'm there with you in spirit. I miss the girl (Ocean), she has her moments (hurricanes, typhoons) but then she is so peaceful and beautiful (whales, dolphins and her reefs just teaming with life).
Why you guys don't have 100k+ subscribers is beyond me. Your presentation and storytelling is great and feels so relaxing after a great watch!! Keep the excellent work coming!!
God bless you both. You make a wonderful couple. You remind me of my parents. They couldn't be away from each other for more than a day without starting to get withdrawal and begin twitching.
I think you sell yourselves short - you DO have full time jobs: filming, editing and publishing a segment every week. It's a lot of work and we appreciate all you do. Yours is a good story well-told. Charming, articulate intelligent story tellers, in a relationship with mutual affection and respect.
that was a great episode! I miss traveling... and I miss Grenada! when I watch your videos, I see places i've been and I miss it so much! but at least, I get to see it! and Grenada isn't the worst place to be stuck!
You two are great!! Whenever the hard times come (and they will) do whatever you have to do to hold things together! Khiara if you ever get tired of sailing, you're not skinny enough to be a runway model but you could be one of the highest paid Victoria Secret models EVER !!
Nice show. I would like it if the little bit of teak deck you have left was sanded and coated with marine urethane . The port holes will look good if you make them shine .
You guys are telling stories with videos of yourselves. Good stories. I mean. I watched the whole thing. And I went to the mailbox today and didn't even think about grabbing the camera. Jk
I missed it...How did all the different items, from different people end up in 1 box and sent to you? It all goes to a friend/family member who boxes then sends to you?
Is it my imagination of it there a decent crack in the fiber glass near the Winch behind where Kyara is cleaning that port light! Around 8.50, remembering that one was loose?
Damn, I guess I really did miss my shot with Khiara. I'll let my wife know, she'll be pretty pissed...I know she was looking forward to getting rid of me! 🤣 Can't wait to see the boat work coming up.
Dude. Just pay her an actual compliment in Plain English. The time has way passed where women take what you said as a compliment. They might let it pass, but it is not impressive. D|M Photo
I have a possible future Q&A question. I know in an older video you mentioned you are a Delos fan. I was wondering if you still follow and if there are other sailing channels you also follow?
I have one of those silicone rings for general/active use. But our family rule is no solid rings are to be worn on a sailboat after my father-in-law snapped his finger by catching the top of a lifeline post under his ring. Had to have a jeweler use a rusty hacksaw blade to cut off his wedding band on Anegada.
Am I bad??? All I heard was Khiara Is NOT married!!! I says to myself, 'Self, you'd never stand a snowball's chance with her!' But, myself replied, 'Ah yes, but the dream! ' Just kidding...the two of you fit like hand in glove. But Adam, you'd better get move on! Khiara Is a keeper. Oh, I'm sure my wifey ain't the only one drooling over Adam either...so the both of you need to get to stepping! 😎
Nice video. Might not work for you with the solar panels but I can reach my main if I drop the boom into the outboard crutch. But then I'm 1.86M tall if I stand up straight. A boat hook on the leech and or reefing lines helps too. Have you checked your bonding system? You need a silver chloride half cell to do it right but it may tell you why you are burning through prop zincs. You still have the zinc next to the shaft log on the starboard side of the keel? It should be connected to all your through hulls, engine, DC negative bus and A/C ground bus. Check ABYC E11 for details. Fair winds. V42CC #097
Aluminium, be it anodized or not, as stainless steel, do need oxygen accessing to their surface all over to stay able building up their own rust/corrosion - protection surface layer. Paint it and You disturb that property. Aluminium does corrode in the vicinity of metals higher up in the period system - the stainless bolts in Your toe rail. It does also corrode on its contact sides towards laminate or wood, which derives from lack of oxygen, so do NOT paint it. Scrape it, polish it or even in places scratch it, but do not put on an oxygen averting layer like paint - looks nice ever so short but makes everything worse very quick. For contact points You can't avoid like stainless bolts or rivets in alu, dipping 'em buggers in lanolin anhydrid (wool-fat) before connecting can help as an isolating "divider".
Hey you 2, thanks so much for your beautiful videos. You are coming across very authentic. One little thing: for me as a German (with very good english), it's often hard to understand you. You are speaking fast, sometimes to low in volume and in a way, as if you are assuming, everybody that's listening to you is english. So, if you could adapt a little bit more to your non english speaking audience (like Delos is doing), that would be lovely. Thank you. Blessings to you, Armin
I think your viewers are a bit confused...you guys said fiancé...BUT you snaped the rings onto the each other’s left hand 😳😳😳 does that mean that subconsciously you ARE MARRIED 🤔🤔🤔😳😳😳👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉🎉 You should throw a party to celebrate...🎉🎉🤣🤣🤣
🇨🇦 You two are an inspiration to all children on relationships 🇨🇦 Thank you 🙏 I hope this is what future generations will be like!❤️❤️❤️
I only discovered you guys about a month ago but you have quickly worked your way up to the top 3 of my list of favorite sailing channels. Love the positive attitude, humor and both your smiles.
The unboxing was like watching a couple of kids at Christmas time. Nice to see someone is still happy in these COVID times.
reminds me of my husband lol everytime we get a new boat part in he is GIDDY
Cool ep. Loads of funny moves. Such a great love to each other. That’s worth much more than all money in the world. Probably you already know that.

It's so nice to see the love you have for each other.
Absolutely terrific video. Thanks from Oz.

Enjoy this Week sailboat ⛵️ sailing video as always! 😀⛵️😘 Mike from Missouri
You seem to handle the curves sailing throws at you with a smile! I’m sure your channel is about to blow up!!!

What a lovely review! Good effort with the massive binge watching of episodes!
This landlubber loves the channel and the love and enthusiasm you both bring to life. Fingers crossed for more subscribers!

Youre boat is so damn cool. Fair winds y'all!
Such a delightful couple! Love your videos!
they really are
you guys should seriously do a holidays unwrapping video this season, Khiara's was oozing with contagious excitement. 👍
Khiara is still on the market? YAYE!
Such a great beauty, but the amazing thing is her bigger than life personality!
Best unboxing video yet, love watching you guys hahaha it as great

Put a swivel on your anchor chain at the anchor, it will flip over and guide into the anchor roller perfect every time.
I run a 35lb delta, added a lewmar 4500lb rated swivel. Can't believe it took me so long, works perfect every time.
I love watching your videos. And mail is one of the best, what did I order? And oh yeah, it's here!!! Safe travels my friends.
So so so happy for you two. Millie is getting the love she deserves.
Absolutely love you guys!
Another wonderful video! GOD speed guys. JC
Keep up the great job of being you. Really enjoy watching learning and laughing. Cheers, 🇨🇦
My friend's boat is called the Starfish Enterprise. Sci-Fi on sea.

You can polish it maybe easier with wet dry sand paper start with 600 grit an 800 1200 2000 2500 3000 girt an then polish 😀 hope that helps
OMG, we had exactly the same thing happen with our main on our last sail of the season.
This is the first of your videos I've watched and it's very good! I appreciate good english and Khiara's accent is more home counties than Australian.
She is English 👍
I hope Sailrite look after you with that plug!
I missed it...How did all the different items, from different people end up in 1 box and sent to you? It all goes to a friend/family member who boxes then sends to you?
Y'all are Adorable!
Hi so much fun thanks for sharing. I was wondering about your hardtop. Did you make it?
What is it made out of?
Is it my imagination of it there a decent crack in the fiber glass near the Winch behind where Kyara is cleaning that port light!
Around 8.50, remembering that one was loose?
You should find out a way to mount rain gutters to collect rainwater.
Great video

Lynn.. seriously lighten up.
xSK_III I Told you we and I in particular are I not taking that crap from anyone. Nor am going to let it pass. Mr. anonymous.
Didn’t get to finish... bulkhead low down in the bilge. Recommend you seal the hole surfaces with epoxy and avoid the inevitable rot.
I have a possible future Q&A question. I know in an older video you mentioned you are a Delos fan. I was wondering if you still follow and if there are other sailing channels you also follow?
very fine sand and water in a slush mixture makes a good brass polisher and doesn't cost much if anything :-)
Flitz is the best metal polish on the market, it cost a bit more, but worth it.
Better 4 the environment 2...!
Khiara u need a polishing wheel 4 ur drill, way quicker & better results 2.
what! sand and water is not environmentally safe?
@@iainlyall6475
It's better 4 the environment than the chemicals & oils in any polishing / cleaning compounds...
So where did you get the mugs from? I missed it and I absolutely love them.
Safety glasses when using the wire brush please.
always! people always think if it doesn't spin at a high RPM it must be safe, nope.
@@riphaven Just takes 1 bristle in your eye.
@@jimmusson yep, people don't realize the bristles are tempered like a spring, and under pressure, they snap, and when they do......

Multi-million dollar ring... Said the man who met his fiance in a 5-person flat-share...

You should throw a party to celebrate...🎉🎉🤣🤣🤣
Adam and Khiara you have been living together for 2 years you are Australian so under Australian common law you are married.
