God bless you all, I wake up and meditate to these type of videos religiously, I don’t even know it sometimes, but it’s genuinely the part of my day I can feel a genuine smile crack from my face whilst deep within myself. Got a lot more thinking to do on decisions within my life, and putting those problems into my mediation help me ease this overthinking mind of mine, and find a calmer and clearer solution to my problems. This is the first time I've seen any male representation on this channel. It was really nice to see. I think there are probably a lot of men who meditate here regularly who, like me, would appreciate more of that. Just art of a man along with a woman's voice is enough to remind me that even though online meditation and yoga spaces are dominantly feminine, that there's still a way to connect with my masculinity here. I think it would be good to continue including different genders, and races in the visuals and sound this year.
I'll be candid ...I had a hard time with the male voice...I felt uncomfortable with this voice, where I'd not had that before with this channel. I didn't finish this one, because of it. Maybe it is just me. The topic sounds amazing. And I have finished and repeated almost every meditation put out in the last few months...even recommend your page for meditations in my linktree.
