Such a great video, thank you 😊 I recently started a one year reading plan, and I was not taking any notes on it. This bothered me as it felt incomplete, and I didn’t know why. After your inspiration, I am starting over and taking notes this time. A light bulb went off when I saw your video, and I knew what I needed to do. Thank you again, and blessings ✝️❤️
This is such an inspiration for me. Thank you very much for sharing your journal! I love the combination of prayer, gratitude, personal engagement with the Lord and study of Scripture. Beautiful.
I am using the Hobonichi Cousin similar to how you are describing. Enjoyed seeing your ideas and resources. My daily pages are for notes about Bible reading, the weekly I use the left one for Wednesday night Bible study notes and the right page is notes from Sunday’s sermon. The year at a glance I write a name or topic for prayer concerns. You are right, I am looking forward to seeing how mine serves as a study tool in the future. Thanks again!
I tried to make a rings Bible study book and it didn’t work for me. I feel bad like I wasted money. I’m very thankful for the information and inspiration you have given me! I love the cousin for my everything… now I want another one for my Jesus time.
I love 💕 your set up! I love studying the Bible and taking notes for later reference. And I always have things I want to study in more detail later so I’m going to start a page in my journal for “later study”. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you for sharing!! I have a couple of previous years Hobo Cousin that could be repurposed this way! Always wanted to start the Heart Dive with Kanoe, maybe this is my push now!
this is truly beautiful! I love the way you added in the maps and tabernacle layouts ! Makes the connection with His word so much more complete! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I have been intimidated by starting to read and study the Bible. I truly enjoyed seeing how you use the cousin to capture your notes/thoughts throughout your study. Thank you for also sharing your resources 💜
I have a color coding system that I learned years ago that's seared into my brain, so I use it along with many of the symbols that went along with the colors when I mark Scriptures in my Bibles. I take sermon notes in a spiral bound, college ruled notebook and I use no coding for that. After I write out the notes from the sermon, I go back and use my cute little decorative note paper and write out the Scriptures that were referenced in the sermon, then I washi tape them on the page of the sermon. I listen to two different Pastors every morning during the week so I maintain a separate notebook for each pastor. I also use sticky note tabs to mark the first page of a sermon series. When I find things I want to make sure I have in my Journaling Bibles, I then go to the correct translation, then I do my symbols and colors and make notes and comments in the margins provided. I also have sheets of post its that fit perfectly in the margins for the times when I need more room for the notes. My notebooks are filling up more quickly than my Bibles, but it's currently what's been working for me. And my mind doesn't function in an orderly way like yours does, so a separate journal would be waste of money for me. I do have an A5 "journal" that I write prayers in and some important Scripture verses I particularly like, and even some random notes. However, I also have arthritis in my hands and neck and shoulders, so it's been more difficult to write for a long time. I also used to color in the adult Christian coloring books, but my hands, and cataracts, don't cooperate like they used to! Keep up the great work young lady. And more importantly, be sure you stay in the Word. God bless you.
Thanks for this video. I use Hobonichi planners for all of my spiritual and creative journals ( Cousin, Weeks, and A6 Techo) it’s nice to see how you set up your Spiritual practice
I recently started using the Sterling Ink Common planner. It has a similar monthlies and weeklies setup to Hobonichi but the back is just plain pages with a light grid and tiny number down in the corner. There's enough for one each day but no printed dates on the pages. It might be worth considering as a more flexible dailies layout.
tfs. I have a hobo from last year and I was using it for a spiritual journal and stopped. I couldn't find a good routine or groove. This gave me some good ideas. I will cover the dates and I think that'll help to just use it as a journal. :)
Just BEAUTIFUL! I’m so inspired to start my own! Please keep sharing this resource!

Can you tell me where you got the image showing the feast days the dates on the calendar?
I don't remember where that came from but I was searching for "traditional Jewish feast calendar" when I found it.
@@PlanningAnnie ok! i made one but it doesn’t look as nice as that one.
Can you share why you like NKJV?
NKJV is just the updated version of the KJV. Easy to understand without all of the changes of the wording that other translations do.
